eating saffron and driftwood helps you get boners?
any advice for young scrawny male who is built like a 15 year old who ended puberty early?
i'm 5'10 and weigh 145lbs. I run three times a week, eat like shit, (planning on dieting, need advice though), have only tried and failed lifting or other workouts, besides like pushups.
My problem is that I just don't really know much about fitness in general, so I don't know what to change in particular.
>>42251584
It sounds like you've never actually tried/just give up before you get anywhere
What do you want to achieve?
>>42251646
Really, I just want to be physically fit enough to give off the appearance of being physically fit and be able to work harder and lift heavier things, not so thin and frail. how do I add bulk?
>>42251681
how about you read the sticky you cock guzzling skeletal faggot
Protip: There is no such thing as over-training, only under-recovering.

>t. fellow retard
>>42251573
>5/3/1
>1 3 5 ...
>the answer is 7
>5/3/1
that's all you needed to say; you didn't need to say that you're a retard for us to know it.

Is hypothyroidism a meme? Girl I'm seeing says she has it, I mean I know it's a condition and all but like if she lost maybe 20 lbs she'd be a 10 for me. She's like crazy in love with me but I'm shallow af
>>42251531
It makes it *slightly* more difficult to lose weight and keep it off
Basically a few hundred kcal a day.
If hypothyroidism is treated it should have near no effect.
Untreated hypo makes it super hard to lose weight because your body uses it's energy the worst way possible.
If the girl you're seeing is having it treated (which you should obv..) then it's no excuse.
>>42251549
This - the the variance compared to everyone else is tiny. It's an excuse.
Stay hydrated boys
>tfw pee is clear
>tfw pee so clear i don't need water anymore
If you never drink you never piss thus you stay optimally hydrated
>tfw gym fountain is broken and I didn't fill my water bottle before coming
I'm 5'11 and 200 lbs. I have a stomach and it's gotten bigger since a shoulder injury.
At what point do I ruin my stomach with loose skin and stretch marks?
>>42251520
Depends on how fast you lose the weight and your own genetics. There's no knowing until you try it. 200 isn't THAT bad though
>>42251520
Cant be sure until you lose it, but 5'11 200lbs doesnt sound fat enough for loose skin around the stomach.
You're fine. I came down from 5'10 220 lbs and no marks in sight. Just make sure to start working on your weight now, because you only make it harder for yourself by getting fatter
I'm awake for 26 hours now. I went to bed at midnight. I started feeling sleepy at around 6am and now I could fall asleep easily, but I'd wake in the middle of the day and wont be able to fall asleep tonight again. Up until 6am I had no urge to sleep whatsoever
so my question, how the fuck do I fix my sleep
things I already do:
>no blue screen 2 hours prior to bed
>exercise during the day
>yoga exercises before bed
>taking melatonin
>reading a book before a sleep
>room is absolutely dark
>dont eat anything 2 hours prior to bed
>dont consume any caffeine
all this shit and I still cant fall asleep. should I just go to a doctor at this point?
godspeed op
have you tried copious amounts of carbohydrates to turn you into a sleepy bear?
If you're bulking right now then eating a lot during the day can make you unable to sleep in some cases. You could consider eating less or maybe just eating earlier.
Hello /fit/
I'm a university student, and let me tell you, this Summer has been a rollercoaster of how I feel about my body.
I'm not super fat, or super skinny, really beefy or not beefy at all. I'm not super tall, or super short, super hairy, or super bare. All in all, I am literally the most average man in the world. And I (quite recently) used to hate that.
As far as a body goes, next to no one enjoys looking at or having an average body. Media, peer pressure, and basically everything have taught me that society only loves beautiful people, and that physical prosperity means so much more than mental in this world. Because of this, as I said, I hated my body. But over these past few months, with the help of my friends, I got over it. I started taking off my shirt at the beach and pool, started wearing tighter fitting, more stylish clothes. I gained confidence when talking to women and friends alike because I realized that being "average" is perfectly fine.
I have been a lurker on /fit/ for only a short amount of time. At school, I go to the gym more as a social activity; to be with friends and have fun. But that is going to change in a few weeks.
I realized I don't want to be average anymore. Yes its not nearly as bad as it was made out to be, but even with my new found acceptance of my body, I realized I'm just not happy with it and want to get in much better shape.
I organized my classes this upcoming semester to allow myself to have an hours worth of time to go to the gym every day without having to wake up super early, or go super late. I've read tons of beginners guides to weightlifting and cardio, and found myself a good plan that will work for me. I already eat reasonably healthy, so changes to my diet will be minor, but exist. So in two weeks time, I start my long journey to become a better me, and I just wanted to thank you guys for having a ton of research, guides, motivational posts, and everything. So thank all of you.
And just to clear up any confusion: I'm not choosing to wait by choice, I just have no gym anywhere near me when I'm not at school, and not enough money to afford my own equipment. Not trying to procrastinate!

Don't tell anyone your goals.
Don't expect noticeable progress in the first 3 months.
If you are serious about it, you should be do an hour a day of a bodyweight program to build up your discipline.
>>42251498
Since I'm new to weightlifting, I'm starting off easy with weekly progression by increasing intensity. Just really trying to be on the safe side. And thanks for the advice!

I'm 18 and am trying to grow my facial hair out. Right now I look somewhat like pic related except worse: sparse hair that doesn't frame the whole face. I've never exercised a day in my life. How many weeks of exercise would it take before I am able to grow a full beard?
Are you a muslim?
>>42251358
What would his religion have to do with it?
>>42251358
No but I am of Middle-eastern heritage. My people are usually pretty hairy and it's very strange for someone my age to not have a full beard by now.
you ever get finished working out and then fuck a new girl for the first time and she goes "wow, your body is great!" and the she looks at your dick and goes "wow...it's so big.." and then continues to compliment you as you are inside her? There's nothing like being inside a tight blonde girl and having her moan that your dick feels so good, then jump to a different girl and have them so afraid to do anything of it and you just grind on their ass and have them hold it in their hand.
The first girl told me outside of a starbucks as we were drinking coffee "any girl likes a long dick, but a fat one is the best. Any girl will admit that".
Feels fucking good. Who else's inspiration comes from their fat cock?

Having the girth is pretty much the only thing I have going for me. Fat, shit job, wrong side of 30, but.... 7x6.
Not used it on anyone for far too long though.
>tfw shit workout

How often do you train and what intensity?
You may be over trained.
