So lads any tips on how to decrease the size of my prostate? Its a huge pain in the arse trying to piss, it never fully comes out and it always dribbles towards the end, I always end up pissing myself. I also can't clench my urethra without my arse tightening. Having erection problems as well. Any advice would be appreciated.
See a doctor, hope its not prostate cancer
How old are you?
If it's something clearly bothering you see your doctor and see if you can get a referral to a Urologist.
An enlarged prostate can be managed with a variety of pills (Tamulosin, Finesteride). If that doesn't workout you can discuss surgery.
"Natural" remedies for an enlarged prostate include: Saw palmetto seeds and stinging nettle root (Ask your pharmacist).
Sounds like pelvic floor dysfunction.
So /fit/ I read the sticky and started dieting. Not really dieting, I just stopped eating junk food and sweets. I already cooked healthy home-made meals all the time but I also ate tons of chocolate and sweets every day.
I'm not fat but I want to get healthier and have a better body. I'm a broke ass college student, so I can't go to the gym, but I could buy some basic weights as an investment. What basic home-routine would you recommend? and what weight should I buy to start?
Here's my info:
-height: 5'74"
-weight: 163 lbs
-BMI: 24,2
-fat: 23%
>college student
Your school should have a gym
>5'74"
>74"

I keep plateauing at 145lb 5x12 on bench press. 2-3 minute rests between sets. I am a 150lb male. Usually start failing on last set with ~10 reps, then always 8 reps on the last one.
I don't do anything in terms of supplements or proteins.
is it better to increase the weight and do lower reps in order to get past the plateau?

>is it better to increase the weight and do lower reps in order to get past the plateau?
yes
also qttdtot

going for hypertrophy
I have a trainer, he insists that looking big is about 8-12 rep sets
>Randomly befriend girl and a couple of her friends at the gym
>We just randomly started talking and I was working in with them
>Happened a couple of more times
>Now grill literally comes to the gym, comes to me immediately and starts ruining my workouts by talking to me and trying to workout with me
>Doing heavy squats today
>She comes in, wants to work in with me on the squat-rack, I'm too lazy to put all the weights back on, so I just do a couple of light sets (I had done most of the work before she came) and let it go
>"What are you doing next?"
>Spends the whole workout working in with me
>Comes with her friends a few days before, they immediately approach me and ask me if I want to work out with them because they're also doing chest and they just saw me finish my last bench set.
>It's ruining my focus, my workouts and I spend like 40 more minutes in the gym than I have to
How do I stop this.
>inb4 go at different times
I can't. I go to the gym after work.
>>42260278
Try to fuck her, no downsides.
Either A,
>you get laid, then can tell her to leave you alone while working out and you'll fuck her after you lift
or
>she is creeped out and doesn't want to associate with you anymore
>>42260350
The downside being I still have to share a gym with her and all of her friends, which include some of the staff members.
We also go to uni and have a couple of mutual friends as well.
>>42260278
Is this really a problem, OP? I mean, is she attractive?
Post the face you make drinking pre workout
Accurate because I don't have a Greek god bod and I know pwo really won't help me that much.
>>42260285
To be fair I still take it because mixing it up and chugging it gets me hyped up.

why do fat people consider walking to be exercise?
Because it is exercise
>>42260247
At their level of health and fitness and can be very exhausting and pretty decent cardio
Why do skeletons consider eating more to be hard?
I've spent most of my life sitting in front of a computer, what health issues may I experience and how can I avoid them?
Faggotry, unfortunately its unavoidable for you OP.
crippling back pain. do trap bar deadlifts 2x per week.
>>42260754
My gym unironically has zero trap bars
Whats up ladies and gentlemen of /fit/ boogie2988 coming at ya again through the power of le interents.
He's pissed /fit/ how are you going to feel when he dies during surgery?
I wonder who gets all his stuff?

This guy. He is gettint cucked. Sad!
I thought he makes all the threads about himself like a good attention/sugar glutton
Do you drink Gatorade?
Is it bad to have one bottle a day?
>>42260073
you pic kind of answers your own question
>>42260073
If you consume literally no sugar except for one bottle a day, it's *okay*
But no it's not good for you
Everything in moderation.
I eat what i want when i want and how much of it as i want.
Im aware of the side effects and consequences therefore i restrict myself from the temptation.
You should do the same.
But then again, if you gotta ask anonymous dyels if something is healthy or not, then you are probably not capable of making those decisions
Banned from gym for one week plus mandatory $80 training session when I go back. I just want to switch gyms again. I hate everything.
>>42260045
Is this real or some sort of shitpost?
>>42260045
How did you offend society this time anon?
>>42260066
Real. Before anyone asks they got mad at me for trying to deadlift. It was my second time ever trying it
>today
>last day of my summer holidays in my home town
>went to the stadium for a final 5k run
>went earlier than usual because I needed to pack for the trip abroad tomorrow
>too many people in the stadium and the park around it
>chads and stacies everywhere
>finish my run
>notice four pull up bars in a row, two of which were used by chads
>decide to do pull ups
>I did 3x4 strict pull ups in front of stacies and chads
>even though they were looking at me, I did not care at all, I just wanted to do my damn pull ups
>just like last year on my last day in my home town, while spending my last day at this same stadium, I set the goal of significantly reducing my 5k time (went from 40 minutes to 28), I decided to do the same now but with a different goal
>new goal: spend the rest of the year trying to achieve a good looking muscle up, so I can return in 2018 and be the only one doing muscle ups, making chads jealous and stacies mire
I have no idea why I wrote this, my bus leaves in 8 hours and I need to sleep, but fuck yes I am doing this.
>>42260043
I believe in you anon don't ever give up
>>42260043
The best definetion of alpha is doing things for yourself regardless of what others thing. There was an elliot hulse video that had the best life advice Ive ever heard. A bird will sing regardless of you. If you like it, the bird doesnt care. If you dont like it, the bird doesnt care. Be the bird. Dont do the muscle ups to show off do it for yourself.
Recovering fat fuck here
Nearly 10 months of proper dieting, things are much better for me now. I now think most junk food is just plain disgusting but for some reason, I still get sugar cravings. How do stop them?
I mean if it gets really bad I just grab an apple or pear, but going over my TDEE by 150-200 calories just triggers all my autism and I want to rage-binge afterwards.
>>42260042
u need some sugars for nominal brain activity. just eat some fruit like you'be been doing but watch portions or do more cardio.
>>42260042
It's okay to eat a slice of cake or something like that once in a while.
Getting /fit/ is supposed to be something good for you and not a prison. Don't be afraid to live a little anon.
>>42260042
sugar is not bad in moderation, you need some sugar to survive
what is bad is the heavily processed shit 24/7
Fruits are perfectly fine to have, and you should have them frequently
higher quality chocolates tend to be fine, since they use proper ingredients instead of garbage, but not always
Which of the mainstream gyms is the best for serious gains? I used to workout in a hotel's basement gym, it was ass.
>>42260039
Legit I joined Planet Fitness a couple months ago because it's cheap as fuck and convenient to where I live. They had one bench, one incline bench, and zero squat racks. Whatever because no one ever used the bench and I just use 10 million smith machines for squats.
They had a big sign saying "COMING SOON NEW WEIGHT TRAINING EQIPTMENT". Of course the new shit comes and they get rid of the benches and replace them with gay ass machines. Guess that's the price you pay for working out in a judgement free zone.
