We have had a lot talk about sleep, but how do you improve your concentration/focus (and thus your flow), /fit/.
Do you take or do something? (meditation, even more sport etc.)

I smoke a lot of weed in the evening. I haven't worried about a bad nights sleep in years.
I've always had problems with insomnia and now its pretty much a distant memory. The only issue is when I don't have weed (which is rare) sleeping is near impossible for the first couple of nights, which suck for travelling abroad, but I deal with it and accept it as a consequence of my decision.
I realise there are health issues associated with it, but I feel and look better compared to when I was sleeping 3-5hours a night at best. As I smoke it as opposed to vaping/eating it's probably a break even deal, but I'm happier for it.

Sup /fit/, I've recently injured my Achilles tendon and it's really fucking getting me down. Every time it seems like it's gone away, all of a sudden it just hits me all over again. I can't run properly, I can't walk long distance, it's fucking shit.
It could take months maybe even up to a year to heal and I just don't have that time. How the fuck am I supposed to cope brah? Anyone else had this problem?

Tore all the ligaments in my left ankle and developed sciatica on my right side due to compensating for my left. Took me 3ish months to see an actual doctor for the first issue because military medicine is shit and still havent been seen for the 2nd. I have to limit myself to 2pl8 squat and front squat and 3pl8 diddle because any more is just too painful. Some days I wake up and my legs are so stiff and sore that I cant bend my knees or walk. Pretty miserable place right now.

You can but you've fucked up your gains from lack of sleep. One way to look at it is a caloric total for the week, within reason of course. Not everyday has to be the same caloric amount taken in.

I pulled 8-10 all nighters last month, and it fucked up my progress for the whole month and i'm still struggling to progress on my weights this month too. So i guess it's safe to say that it fucks up your gains by a large margin
