I'm near the end of my cut and gonna start bulking soon
Now my problem is that it is gonna be my first bulk, so don't really know what to do
I read the sticky and all obviously, and am planning on eating at a 500 cal surplus, but still somewhat at a loss at the intricacies of a bulk
How do you guys usually bulk?

i'm about 5'10, went from 110-135 which is a fucking joke but im still continuing. adding tons of milk to my daily diet made a big difference cause it takes me forever to eat things so i drink more. i make smoothies and drink mass gainer too. however, i havent moved weight in like a month at a calculated minimum of 3k calories a day so idk what that's about but im shooting for 4k a day now and see what happens
im getting a lot stronger though even though ive barely gained anything and im doing stronglifts 5x5 now and it's going well.

Don't switch from cut to bulk immediately. You'll gain too much fat back.
Mantain for atleast 3 weeks, so hormone and enzyme adoption sets in.

1500 calories a day and 20 mins moderate cardio and you're looking at maybe 2 lbs a week. So in a month 8 lbs. Different for everyone though.

I turned 21 about a year ago and started concealed carrying almost immediately in the "appendix" position, like is shown in the picture.
It didn't bother me at first, but over time, the constant pressure on the flesh just under my beltline started to cause discomfort and tenderness.
Am I putting myself at risk of a blood clot or something else dangerous? I don't want to carry a gun for protection in a way that puts me at a health risk, that would be counter-intuitive.

I'd focus more on guiding his diet, steer him away from soda and junk food and make sure he has a protein and mineral rich diet while he's growing. Also, encourage him to find a sport that he is passionate about. It's the funnest way for a kid his age to stay fit and will potentially introduce him to his future Chad gym bros. If he sticks with the sport, he will naturally want to lift in his teens to maximize his performance.

good luck, man. My brother is 20 years old ant I've tried for a long time to get him to move a little. Instead, he just answers that he's "not that kind of guy" and he just sits in front of his pc all his free time. Anything creative he refuses, anything good for his body he refuses, he just sits there all the time doing nothing but play Dark Souls, watching Family Guy clips and eating shit. He's still reasonably thin, but I can see him degenerate towards skinnyfat status in a matter of a few years or even just months.
