Hi /fit/

I am 25 years old now living in poland. Most of my life I have been obese, like real obese, until 2/3 years ago. For over 15 years of my life I have been only sitting, lying, sometimes walking (never working out). I have been also consuming over 10-15k kcal per DAY. Let me give you an example of my daily food few years back (typical):
>start day
>eat nothing
>come back after school
>dinner (2 full bowls of spaghetti - like 1-2kg of pasta/cheese/sauce)
>drink coca-cola (up to 2 liters)
>sit and play vidya
>supper (again spaghetti or big pizza... sometimes a few sausages with 3 or 4 sandwiches + a lot of cheese, ketchup, maionaise etc.)
>drink coca-cola (up to 4 liters)
Plus between these meals (daily):
>1 or 2 MILKA chocolates (3 or 4 on weekends)
>0,5l of condensed milk (full sweet, almost sugar only)
>some chips etc. but not everyday

Been living like that for at leats 8-10 years. Almost ZERO activities.
At peak my stats were like:
>height 1,82m (6ft)
>weight 123,6kg (272,5lbs)

About 3 years ago I decides to change something. Stopped eating sugar like mad orc. Decided to not drink more than 1-2l of coca-cola a day. Started working out (jogging).

Fast forward...

Today I work out at least 2-3 times a week (3-4 is best choice for me). Every time I go running I ran at leat 10km, sometimes it is 15. I started to go to the gym a little and working out with dumbbels. I do not drink more than 1l of coca-cole a day. Sometimes I eat like half of chocolate or whole but only before training. I do not eat a few kg of spaghetti a day now, also.

My stats now are like:

>weight 95kg (209)

Pic related is me yesterday evening at the gym. Could you, please, help me out? I want to loes like 10-12kg more and burn fucking belly fat. I feel like 90% of my fat is on chest and belly. Anyone willing to help me out?

Hi guys, been lifting for 6 months, went from 230 (left) to 210 (right) in that time, 6'2", eat around 2100~ calories a day.

Lifts aren't the best.

Overhead press: 125
Deadlift: 245
Bench: 205
Squat: 225

Body fat between 20-25%.

Mile 1/2 time: 15 minutes

Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm trying to figure out where to go from here I guess, wrapping up Lee Hayward's 12 week program, and before that I did a 12 week program for firefighting from breaking muscle. Should I just default to stronglifts 5x5 for 12 weeks and supplement with a pyramid workout?

I'm feeling weird, lads
I'm a newfag, only started coming here yesterday. I had some doubts about personal trainers and an anon recommended me the StrongLifts app.
The app gave me a 3 exercise program with 5x5 sets of repetitions for the arms only.
I just got done finishing the exercise in less than an hour feeling not tired at all.
Is StrongLifts a bad app? Should I get another program?
Or is supposed to feel this easy?

Anons, I hate my legs. See how they come inwards at the top, ruining what would otherwise be a thigh gap? My thighs are a nuisance when I do pretty much everything and I hate that specific part of my thighs.

Any advice on getting a thigh gap while weighing over 100 pounds? (Yes, I've been under 100 pounds and that does give a thigh gap but I want to maintain and build muscle.)

5'9, 200lb
Squat 5rm->300, Bench 5rm->200, OHP->125, Dead->315.

I've listened to and followed every meme to try to break through sticking points

My numbers fucking suck, despite having tried everything. I was at 200lb at one point and was having trouble pushing through 250lb on starting strength.

Wow awesome, this is so cool. I love being able to lift so little while looking like the fatass in the pic. Well, I'm not making anymore progress on this novice routine, guess I should do an intermediate program now. But before I do that, let me do greyskull and get rid of some of this fat.

Hop on GZCL VDIP famalaman, set up a template with exercises you like, experiment. It's a really basic progression, and ten times more fun than any beginner program you'll do, it has auto regulation, a fair lot of heavy work and as much bodybuilding shit as you'd like. Although I'd recommend doing more T2 than T3, as they typically call for more significant poundages.
Ultimately, aim to know your body better and how it responds to certain types of training. In the end, that is what will allow you the most progress. Only you can find your own path to success, because you know your body better than anyone else.

I'm exmilitary, worked close with our country's special soldiers and some NSeals who were visiting. Don't bother doing martial arts, it bears no relevance whatsoever. You need to get physically robust and endure anything. I suggest walking around with a 100lbs backpack, freezing and not sleeping at all for a week. Do this repeatedly and you will get what you need, which is really, mostly willpower.

In essence what you need is endurance to hold out for long periods and being able to quickly recover. You also need strength to be able to lift wounded buddies out effectively.

I'll bite. I am friends with a Navy SEAL and an Airborne Ranger, and both have said what matters most is endurance. The military doesn't care what your 1RMs are, they want to know if you can carry heavy loads for hours at a time.

If it were me, I would split my time three ways: lifting heavy, bodyweight exercises, and long distance cardio. The goal is stamina and strength, not aesthetics.

I'd also start practicing meditation regularly. You'll be run through the wringer every day, and your mental fitness will be just as important as your physical fitness.

It's been a year since I started squats (only at home, no spotter, no gym). My legs only got hard, but won't increase in size. My legs are smaller than most teenagers, let alone adult men.
Will my legs eventually increase if I just keep squatting?
