I was about to buy this the other day until I picked one up, it had no weight to it, it was as if I was picking up a pen. Is this puffed up or something? And why is it soooo damn expensive. Why dont you guys just make your own low cal ice cream? Why the fuck you buy this over greek yogurt/cottage cheese?

Yes.

No, because what attracts noobs to SS/SL/GSLP is the simplicity. GZCL is too complicated for most, but it's heart is in the right place. The setXrep scheme is much better. This also easily becomes an intermediate PPL by just a few tweaks.

But there will always be a majority of people on the internet doing SS/SL/GSLP. And there will always be a majority of people at the gym, both on gear and not on gear, doing 5-day brosplits.

I have a real autistic stereotypically /fit/ problem. I have been lifting at the same game for 2 years. The last 10 months have been the same time every 3=-4 days a week (depending on routine). So I see the same motherfuckers every fucking week but I'm not friends with any of them and I don't even know their names.

Is it too late to be friends with any of them? I want to make friends. I just think it's awkward as fuck asking someone what their name is when you've seen them 3x a week every fucking week for 10+ months.

Is there a solution? Should I just talk with them? Also there are a lot of BIG GUYS who are clearly on roids and I want to roid. Should I ask them where they get their gear or will they be offended? PS No homo (yet)

The sedentary lifestyle aspect is probably the greatest factor in low sperm counts (xenos, phytos, and higher body fat play a greater role in lower t counts). Testicular heat is inversely correlated with sperm count (the cooler your balls, the more sperm you produce), which is the reasoning behind taking cold showers. Also, you have the highest testicular heat when sleeping, laying, or sitting, and the lowest, counterintuitively, when standing, walking, and exercising. If everyone walked instead of sat at a desk all day, within a month I guarantee those sperm count results would be back to normal. Alternatively, you could go the autistic route and give everyone ice packs to put on their balls when they sit down or sleep, it would produce the same effect.

Anyone here takes prescribed ADD medication? Specifically Vyvanse? I am having trouble working while being on it because I keep having really bad sweats, heart pounding during workouts and bad comedown after. I can't handle crashing like this every time I workout so is there a better way to cope with this? I heard about taking some nitric oxide (citrulline malate) to vasodilate, but I haven't tried it yet.

I take this. I had similar effects when I started, luckily this was when I was first getting in to lifting so it wasn't that bad. My recommendation would be to lighten the load for a bit, let your body adjust to the medicine for a week at least. You'll probably get the same shit, just not as intense. After the week or two try increasing the weight again and see how you feel. If it doesn't improve at all talk to your doctor

Your doctor should have instructed you to not work out while under the influence of it, because of the increased heart rate and bp.

The general recommendation is to work out in the mornings, before taking the drug, or in the late nights when the effects have worn off.

I personally stopped taking it because a) I really enjoy HIIT and setting new 1RMs and this gave me arrhythmia while on the drug, b) the lack of appetite kills my gains, and c) the comedown is a bit too much sometimes.
