I finally did it fit, I bought a gym membership and I went there tonight and you know what I did?
A 5 min warmup and some leg curls and about 40 min of awkward standing/sitting, checking my phone watching other people because I have no idea what I'm doing there or what exercise machines are where or how to use em even if I found them.
Too scared to bench or squat near anyone.
The autism is strong with this one..
Help me fit what do I do?

Bought myself a home pull-up bar because my nearest gym is 40 miles away.

Is this a suitable way to get fit? Obviously it's fine for upper body, but is there any other light home equipment you would recommend for leg day/anything else I might miss out on by staying home?

Recently I stopped being a beer drinking fuck face and get back into shape after my ex left me. While this mental pre-tosis fog is fun and all I have a few questions if any of you shredded fuckers wanted to help me understand what the fuck I'm trying to do.

So here goes; what is the general consensus on carbs from green vegetables and how easily can they fuck up my quest to get back into ketosis? Currently I'm making a Kale Shake after I lift every day for my first meal(with a protein shake) and I use a plethora of this shit. Cucumbers, ginger, kale, celery, and an apple all add up to about 54g of carbs and 170 kcal. Is this going to really fuck up my ability to get back into keto?
