I find sports of all varieties to be incredibly dull. Weightlifting is dull too, but I enjoy the effect it has on my body. The difference between sports and weightlifting is that lifting is a more efficient form of exercise than most sports. So I can get a nice body without spending so much time at it that I want to kill myself from boredom. Don't even get me started on spectator sports. I've never been able to wrap my head around the concept of watching other people exercise as entertainment.

That place is a gomorra where drinking tons of alcohol, going to sleep at sunrise and shitty fast food are the norm. I won't have a gym there and I can only take an ab-roller with me. How do I ensure that I lose as little (strength)gains as possible? Bodyweight exercises?

Do you ever feel that fitness gets in the way of your academic/professional/etc pursuits? E.g. You could be using workout time to study instead.

I don't think this is necessarily true, but I have a bad habit of procrastinating on my schoolwork, and I feel guilty when I work out when I haven't done my schoolwork.

Yes, but exercising helps with memory, concentration, energy, and all kinds of things mental. It doesn't take a lot of googling to learn that.

Go to a running store. They'll watch how you walk and be able to tell what kinda shoes you need. Only downside is that they will recommend expensive shoes. Mine were $150 but worth the price for avoiding injuries due to a bad fit.

What do you anons with busy schedules use for meal prepping?

I'm bulking at 2900 kcal and looking for a 7-day meal prep program that hits my macros.

Prepare on Sunday, don't worry about your food until Saturday.

It has to be simple, as few ingredients as possible and easy to weigh. Basically autist-verified. At best a calculator where you plug in your macros and get calculated meals.

I don't care about taste or eating the same thing every day.
I'd even pay for a good program or book if it's worth it and other anons can recommend it.

I have access to a BOSCH auto cooker.
