Tips on how I can become more flexible? I'm in lectures or the library most days.

I warm up by running or jumping ropes for 15 mins and then get into lifting. I always work my way up to the heavier sets.

After I:
>do about 7 upper & lower body stretches (alternate between upper and lower)
>use PVC pipe to roll my legs, inner thigh is especially tight
>lacrosse ball my upper and lower back
>massage at physio clinic once a week - tells me I need to do more stretching and foam rolling slowly getting less tight

Will sitting in a sauna for 15 - 20 mins help?

I was deadlifting relatively light weight (124kg/275 lbs) earlier today and on my fourth rep felt a really sharp pain a little bit lower than in the attached image. I stopped immediately and left the gym.

I've been experiencing some sharp pain in the area for the past half hour or so. I took 2 tylenol and have been trying to stay off my feet. Did I take a visit to snap city? Or did I pull a muscle or something? Please help me /fit/ lifting is the only reason I live

Depending on how bad it is you can probably still train upper body. Don't do anything that causes anymore pain though for right now.

It's hard to tell you what to do because I don't know how bad it is. You'll be ok though. I hurt my back pretty bad 3 times, and I've lost count of how many times I've strained it. The bad times took a few weeks to get back to things, the minor strains only take a few days and I never really miss any training because of them

It's sad to say, but this is actually pretty good for an animu. I've read some breddy interesting interviews with Japanese bodybuilders and the TL;DR version is that for a long time Nips have this thing against lifting weights because they think it makes you fat and slow and people who use weights are seen as shallow show-offs. They've been getting better about it lately, but historically they've been a nation of cardio bunnies.
