Do tongue exercises actually cause your maxilla (bone on the front of your face to which nose is attached) to move forward?

Many people online claim you can move your maxilla forward and attain Zac Efron's profile by merely constantly pressing your tongue against the roof of your mouth or some shit, and supposedly this also improves your jawline (along with exercising your tongue). Is there any evidence/science to support this?

According to Chads, a forward Maxilla is the single most attractive feature a man can have.

People and ladies at my gym have started to call me the re-racker man.

Now i live in Rhode Island and i think maybe theres not a lot of big guys who re rack there weights here and so when they smile, giggle and call me the re racker man i think it means i am doing good by myself

I can carry two 35 lbs plates at once and put them back, so it is funny to see the curl bro's try to squat for girls when they can see my dominat strength

Now i am also the nice guy and i think you know what they say is true that "nice guy's finish last" *wink*

Trying to completely quit sugar again. I done it when I was like 16 and lost alot of weight

Anyone else done much of this?

I find once I have sugar I can't stop eating and seek out really shit food

What kinds of sugar? You talking about breads or refined sugars sweets in confectionery and stuff? It's always better to just optimize your diet instead of seeking extremes. You need the energy and if you want to loose weight just drop carbs slowly or better yet do real keto

if youre talking about just general sweets and stuff then just save it for cheat meals amigo. You dont have to completely exclude it from your diet, just have a programmed day in your week where you have a nice cheat meal, just dont go too crazy. I have a sweet tooth aswell and on my cut I would occasionally go to IHOP before a leg day and get an omelette, hash browns, and some chocolate chip pancakes... then i would fuck up some legs. Enjoy your life man but leave the sugary shit for treats, it makes them much more enjoyable that way anyways.

Sup guys?

So I've been back in the gym seriously scince about April of this year, and started at about 190 pounds.

After doing a dedicated cut for a few months I got to my original goal weight of 165ish and have been hovering around there scince.

I am now at 161 and am thinking about cutting another 10 pounds rather than bulking right away.

My end goal would be to cut to around 150 which would take about 2 weeks max, then steady clean bulk back up to 175 over the course of the winter or however long it takes....

What do you guys think? Should I start bulking now, or try and scrape off a little more body fat? My only two concerns are health, and actually Losing muscle mass and strength.

Honestly, how do you guys find the time to go to the gym, 3-4 times a week, stretch everyday, foam roll, work, cook food, and still manage to relax on the weekdays? I work from 8-4 get home around 5, go to the gym for an hour, come home stretch and foam roll, cook dinner, clean up, then i pretty much have to go to bed. its exhausting.
