I caught a stomach flu last week and ever since I feel sick when trying to eat/drink cheese, milk, fatty meats like sausage/hamburgers.
What has happened to me? Infected with veganism?

I seriously cannot drink normal protein powder anymore, the thought of it coming from milk disgusts me.
Anyone else having experience of this? Am I becoming a vegan?

Anyone else hit the protein requirement way too easily? I need to eat about 2800 calories a day for bulking, and I need about 160 grams of protein. I found myself already getting to 180 grams, and I still have 500 calories left.

I eat lots of protein rich foods because I'm trying to bulk cleanly, meaning lots of beans, lentils, rice, lean meats, etc., on top of oats, vegetables, fruits.

how important is it to hit the carb and fat macro requirements? also, is eating so much excess protein bad for me? I feel like it's pointless, because we only need like 1 gram of protein per KILOGRAM of body weight, but this board stupidly turned it into 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight

You need to hit a minimum of about 50-70 grams of fat a day for healthy hormone levels. Carbs are more flexible, some people just cut them out completely. I reccomend just getting a feel for what your carb/activity ratio is that will allow you to cut down on carbs without passing out/feeling like shit.
You don't need to worry about going over protein goal. If your kidney's are healthy there is no reason to worry about getting too much protein.

So I started messing with some test boosting supplements for the first time in probably 10+ years and I think they may have leveled me out.

I'm a fucking asshole short tempered zero tolerance for stupidity aggressive fucker and I can admit anger management probably wouldn't be a bad idea for me. I've been taking Prime-T for about 5 weeks and have noticed a serious decrease in my outbursts and and overall negative juju.

Is there some science to what's going on that I don't understand? I'm still making gains while lifting and the other healthy test benefits are there, but I figured boost test, boost aggression even more.

/fit/ do I even need to barbell bench? I've been lifting for roughly 3 months now and have always struggled with barbell bench, it has barely progressed. It doesnt even work my pecs, I feel it entirely in my shoulders and tris. I have tried any and all grips. I've tried different flares for my elbows and arches in my back. To give a bit of context, I am 6'3" 211 pounds cuttin down cause I used to be obese. Dumbbell bench isolates my pecs so much more, should I even waste my time with barbell bench? I dont care about numbers, I just want to get stronger and develop my chest.

3 months isn't really long enough to judge if a lift is working for you (especially since you just started), keep working on your form and maybe try doing some higher reps and more volume

if you're a year in and bench just feels like shit and you really cbf to do it you could substitute some other press for it, also don't expect progress on bench in a calorie deficit
