Anyone else routinely ignoring gym sluts? I mean the kind of girls who just happens to start doing bent-over rows right ahead of you or who just happens to need a plate from the tree right next to your bench. The ones who always have slutty sport tops and compression tights, and go to the gym with makeup on.

I make it a point not to look at them at all, it's really funny when they start following you around and get more and more desperate for you to even acknowledge their existence. You can tell that they're used to getting showered with attention and that they just can't accept that someone is not gonna eye them down and treat them like air.

I used to enjoy the smorgasbord of tits and asses served around the clock at the gym but this is way more fun. Now I just get a quick peek whenever I'm 100% sure they can't see me.

I have one, I don't see the problem with it. In fact I prefer an elliptical instead of a stationary bike, cause I'm sitting most of the day.

I am tired of this natty cuck life

For 2 years Ive tried to combine a heavy physical job with lifting, but its just not fucking working. My job keeps hindering my workouts by slowing my recovery rate, and my workouts make my job a pain in the ass. Im done with this shit, I need to speed up my recovery

Would 200-300mg test-e weekly speed up my recovery enough so I can lift every day while having a heavy physical job? Im not sure if I want to straight-up hop on 500mg

You don't even look that bad desu, you have a pretty good ottermode bod if you shed 3-4% of BF. Don't let body dysmorphia get to you, if you have enough energy for work and 2-3 good sessions per week, and are making steady progress, keep doing what your doing, you don't necessarily need to hop on gear mate

who else /home gym/ here? Let's see those set ups. In addition to weights My routine consists of pushups, situps, air squats and a run around my block. I also work out completely naked for maximum gains. I wear shorts and shoes when i run but only because people in neighborhood complained.

What's the consensus on outdoor gyms? Is it possible to do without ruining the bar/power rack if you live in a relatively cold/wet country? Was considering setting up some sort of awning, covering the equipment when not in use and so on.

Should I just give up and investigate planning permissions for a big brick shed or outhouse thing?
