Can I keep gaining a lot of muscle on a recomp?
I am currently on a Bulk that ends in October.
I really don't like being as fat as I am, but I want to gain as much muscle as possible
Is there a reason if I eat less calories but enough protein that my body won't just keep building muscle and take the calories it needs to build the muscle from my fat?

How much can metabolism influence your weight ? I know genetic doesn't sound to influence shit too much but can't peoples have different metabolism that completly destroy any kind of calories counting ?

200 Calories each way, but people get confused because someone can be a skelly and physically struggle to gain weight if they do not absorb calories.

I do Full body 3x a week, and since the shoulders are small muscles and propably not the most important ones, I just do one exercise for the rear delts on the first day, one exercise for side delts on second day, and a press for the front delt on the third day. Is that enough? Honestly, I can't add any more exercises in my routine, I already do 8-9 exercises per session balls to the walls.

Could you actually train like this everyday and make gains? Throughout the entire episode he's running and climbing and having to do all other kinds of stuff with hundreds of weight on his back.
Eventually at the end they take off the weight and he's able to jump hundreds of feet into the air.
Realistically speaking can this achieve some kind of vertical jump progress?
This is pretty much the entire premise and ideology behind weighted vests but is it possible to use a massive rock?

Why do people always assume your calorie restriction or increased activity related weight loss is due to losing water weight. People attribute this to water weight no matter the activity or nutrition. If this is true, what is going on that makes you shed water just by being more active?

Initial weight loss is usually mostly water weight. Usually has to do with the decrease in sodium and carbohydrates. It's just good to keep in mind so that when someone drops 8 pounds their first week that they don't think their fat loss is actually going to remain that fast or that is was all fat.
