I actually looked up the workout they had to do in preparation for this movie, and it's insane. Lots of high intensity, high reps, ABSURD core focus, and a bunch of diet micromanaging. Doable, but you're going to have to seriously want it. Plus it'll take a lot to maintain a body like that, so upkeep is also something you'll have to take into consideration!
