Hey, /fit/ I'd like advice on getting upper body, arm strength as my legs and abdomen are alright. I could also do to lose some pounds, not very fat though. I've never had motivation to workout much or become healthy, and I don't have any knowledge of the process so be detailed in your explanations please. Only equipment I have is a Trek 6000 bike, pic semi-related it's not my exact bike.

Ive been training for 5 months ,and at the end of each training sesson i feel like i wanna give up. Will that feeling go eventually ,or is that normal ? Is someone relating to this ???
Even if you know you're going to fail to get your goal number of reps, do it anyway. Embrace the failure. Look forward to the failure. Get comfortable with failing. Be stubborn as hell. Once you get past newbie gains, failing becomes the new normal and you hit a PR maybe once or twice a month. It's a hellish grind for the rest of your life. You re-wire your brain to do things that are hard with no guarantee of success.
Im confused what exactly was the benefit of lifting. All I got was people are more receptive of me now. my boss is super friendly with me now, me and her talk alot during our breaks. But i'm still pretty much the same, i'm just the biggest guy now in our office working a white collar job.

Over the last 2 years I've been devoloping more and more food allergies, at this point so many that it is inhibiting my ability to get enough food.
Does anyone have any tips of what i should do? I feel hungry all the time, but i have very few things a can eat.
My list of allergic foods is

>wheat and bread
>other grains, but im not sure which

Many holistic healthy type people insist that allergies have everything to do with liver function. I developed hay fever out of fucking nowhere this summer but when I'm eating healthy and supplementing with Iodine etc. it's essentially eliminated.
You might need to do a liver cleanse or some other gay shit like that.

Hey /fit/, so I need your advice on something.
First some backstory, so I'd have been going to the gym for two years, and was in the best physical condition of my life, up until almost exactly a year ago (when I got my gainsgoblin). As I was doing shit with her I got lazy and she really helped me with my anger issues which took away some of the reason I used to go-to the gym. Eventually after about 3 months I of dating her I stopped going entirely, there just wasn't enough time to juggle the gym, highschool, dry cleaners job, and a girl so I stopped going. May comes around, I had seen all her flaws and realized she was nuts and I gotta get rid of her so I ditch the bitch and get on with my life.

Firstly fuck your leanness, get 1/2/3/4 REPS! strength wise at about 15% bodyfat (still kinda lean)
After you gain those strength goals, focus on cutting while remaining muscle mass. Should take 8 weeks on keta diet.
After that try being 10% and job done, bitches miring you all day. Also don't be such a lazy fuck, gym 3 times a week atleast for 1hour and you're golden.

If you're cutting, a tip is to replace some of your carb calories with fats and make sure to add some cholesterol in to your diet as well. Should help your test levels slightly. I've also heard zinc works wonders but I havent tried or looked into that at all.
