I'm a hairstylist and I'm finding my back, upper arms, wrists, forearms... pretty much everything but my legs are doing all the work, I'm thinking this is because I have poor core strength, what are some good exercises to do to strengthen my core so I don't feel like a broken piece of shit at the end of the day?

That's not parmesan. That's American aged cheese processed and then coated in wood pulp so the pieces wouldn't stick together. Hence the fiber %. Anyways long story short I only eat parmesan reggiano. From Italy. Too expensive to make a meal of.

I switch up the order each day and in the second half of the week I switch chin ups with pull ups and lunges with RDLs

Recently I became extremely sick, muscle aches, cramps, vomiting, and high fever. I'm still not over it and I gotta see my doctor. But I was wondering if this will affect my lifts?
Its only been a week but I feel like I'm so weak and unwell that I'm already going into muscular atrophy. Any advice would be appreciated.
When doing PHUL should I add 5lb every week to compound lifts for 5 reps if only training for hypertrophy? or do I need to do it if I want some gainz

I'd guess its the DMAA, could be due to low levels of adrenaline/dopamine, closest antidepressant i can think of is welbutrin.
but if you aren't looking for pharmaceuticals you can just get something else with DMAA in it, best bet in terms of cost would likely be one of the fat burners with dmaa, this has 75 mg in it for reference
Is it possible to maintain nutritiously balanced diet based on eating out/ take outs/ ready to cook meals? That includes fruits/vegs/nuts/etc, basically anything that requires no cooking utensil to prepare other than boiling water.
Basically I have no access to proper kitchen for the time being due to blogpost reasons and I've been cooking for myself ever since I left my parents house so I'm curious whether I should bid my gains farewell or can I still save myself from eternal dyel mode
