Would eggs and avocado count as fatty foods? I can't say that I eat super clean or healthy, but I'm not a fat fuck either. I usually eat 4-6 eggs and half an avocado a day. The rest of the time I'm eating rice, some meat, some bananas, but nothing too oily. Maybe I fry my eggs with too much oil?


I'm just asking because for the past three weeks or so, most of my poo's have been floaters

forget the weeb shit, it's just a training that interests me, because:
-cool bodyweight excercises (doing handstand pushups is my dream)
-short running distances since I hate running (2 miles/<20minutes)
-use of weightvests

my questions are:
-are the weight vests worth it?
-what kind of results should I be expecting?especially from the "100 reps of cable chest press each side
-and finally, do you have tips so that I could alter it in a way where I could use only bodyweight (have a bar for pullups and am willing to buy a weightvest)

tl;dr: I like this workout because it's unconventional, read it and tell me what you think.

If you ate at Caloric Surplus, but only ~1% of calories consumed was protein, could you still build muscle? Assuming proper 8 hrs rest and progressive overload in training program.

1) large amounts of protein are a meme. if you are bulking you don't need more than 100g. i seriously doubt there would be a big difference in strength/muscle gain if you ate 80g of protein or 300g while bulking.

2) never stretch for too long before exercise. just get your heart rate up and a light sweat going and you're good to go. stretch after workout.

Is there any con to eating just one meal a day?
Even if I get enough calories and macros for the whole day? I'll be living on a college campus soon, and eating once a day at one of their dining halls would be cheaper than cooking.
It's buffet-style, and the food is varied and has nutrition info cards.

An in practical ways, the worst will be the fullness that you will feel. I would a climate myself in a few weeks, not jump directly to it. And walk after eating the great meal.

how important is it during bent over rows to have a totally straight back? I don't pull that heavy (about 1 plate) but I find it nearly impossible to keep my spine totally neutral like I do during deadlifts
