I'm gonna experiment with intermittent fasting, come August. On my days where I'm not eating, I'm still gonna allow things like Gatorade because I have a bad habit of letting my sodium levels get WAY too damn low: beyond that, going low/no-carb is already a habit, and junk food's not impossible for me to avoid.
Any ideas on how to keep salts up while fasting, other than sports drinks? Is "don't be a faggot and just chug saltwater" the harsh truth here?
