I have an odd build. Really fucking wide almost child bearing hips. I'm happy with the rest of me, but I can not get rid of the back and hip fat no matter how much cutting and cardio I add.

I have thick forearms but thin wrists.

This is starting to become a push-pull problem all too often lately - especially in push.

Been progressively increasing my push with DL, chins, rows - I've even added some extra T-row assistance lately for extra forearm work, but I have trap level wrists where my forearm increasingly gets thicc towards the elbow area. As a result, I'm getting too much extensor-flexor stress because of my wrists.

You can't grow the wrists, but you can strengthen them. Use grippers and thick bar holds.

I am old enough to be on this website.

I have a formal in 23days and I am skinny. I don't want to get ripped just want to get bigger.

So far I have been doing 100 push ups for the past 4 days and every day increase by 20. I do 20 in a burst then have a 1 minute break. I also play rugby every weekend and on Thursday.

Pic attached is my arms.
Will this be enough to reach my goals?

do push ups 2-4 times a week, max. slow them down and really concentrate on form. do variations of these. wide push ups. diamond push ups. archer push ups. think about building strength rather than just the amount you can bust out. you will want to do pulling exercises as well. and also add lower body specific exercises if rugby isn't enough. such as pistol squats at a slow pace. or sprints. you won't really notice any aesthetic difference for probably over a month. you'll get used to having a pumped feeling in your muscles. and a pump can last a day.

That's the worst part I eat the same thing every day to avoid this

/strongfat/ trying to lose weight here

Recently started eating nothing but Chicken Breast, Spinach, and coffee 3 times a day and running 5 miles every night at midnight in addition to my lifting routine

Is this a sound plan to lose weight? I know literally nothing about shit but it feels fucking great. Advice appreciated

unless you slowly lower you caloric intake from what you were eating to maintain the fat of the skinny fat.... your body will go into hibernation mode and store the extra calories as fat.

that's the opposite of what you're trying to do, I guess.

instead..... break down your meals to 6 times a day, but only 1/2 portions of what you have now, and do 20 minutes of HIIT cardio on a treadmill.

At what point did you typically start getting mired by women? At what point do they begin to notice that you are working out?
