My gym has a ((sauna)) and is included in my membership. I heard things about heat stress increasing HGH but im not sure how meme it is. Is there any point to spending an hour in the sauna after a workout, or is it negligible? Pros/cons? I tried them today and I think I like them better than conventional deadlifts. I know they're more quad focused rather than hamstring focused, but I do back extensions too so I'm already hitting my hamstrings pretty well.

i was never proficient in barbell deadlift always felt awkard, trap bar feels much better.
I think a lot of quad vs hamstring could just be due to mind-muscle connection and using a weight you are able to manipulate rather than just trying everything you can to get the rep in.
