only thing a deadlift is missing vs. a squat (as far as lower body is concerned) is knee extension through the same range of motion as a squat, which leg press, hack squat, or a hip belt squat will cover for

this doesn't mean your squat won't be down a lot when you get back, but that has more to do with specificity

your body is made to sort out the fatty and high in kcal food, that's why food with carbs and sugar tastes nice. Our tastebuds and such are developed to this ever since the hunting and gathering age.

I go to this gym because it's cheap but it's honestly a meme. They have fucking tootsie rolls and pizza and no way to do deadlifts. Was just wondering about all of your thoughts on this gym and if you have any comedical past experiences here

When should you go to the doctor if you get a rotator cuff injury?
My arm feels weak when I lift it up, theres a clicking noise when I rotate it, and a small dull pain but I still have full range of motion, should I just rest until it goes away? It's been like this for a little over a week.

I've never experienced that situation before. When I'm at the gym the only thing I have is music playing and fitnotes to record my reps.

I want my chest to grow much more than other muscles - should I do two chest days per week? Or will one day crushing pecs be sufficient?
