>When I'm fat I have bad acne
>When I lose weight my acne stops
Science cannot explain this.

You sweat more and have different hormone levels.

>>42322903
You are probably not eating as much sugary and oily stuff when you drop weight, as a result, you get less acne from eating clean.
Also drink kombucha for a couple of months and see godly improvements on your skin.

hmmm lets see, fat and covered in grease = bad skin as apposed to not fat and greasy = good skin.

How long to bulk for?
5'7/170cm 65kg
I am currently cutting and am at 14-16% bodyfat and am skinny fat. I want to cut for a month which would drop me do 11.5-12.5% (1.8-2.5kg fat loss) if I did the math right.
If I'd clean bulk (50/50 fat muscle) at 12% bodyfat I'd be able to bulk for 2-4 months (if I gain 1-2kg/month) until reaching the same amount of fat as I have now (although lower bodyfat%)
Is a 2-4 month bulk too short? If so why?
Should I cut to 10%( 7+ week cut) before bulking? If so why?

/fit/, what gym activities I can do to help with my scoliosis? The muscular imbalance is making the bar lean on bench and squat and my weaker core is causing butt wink.
I know I need to do general ab work but I'm confused o which side i need to train. If my left side is concave and my right side is convex which side do I work out? Is the left side the weak part not holding it up or is my right side so stretched out it's not doing any work? Do I want to strengthen the left side to raise it up to be even or so I want to work out the right side to slowly move the spine back in place? I also hunch forward a bit but lifting seems to fix that while the muscles are sore. Do I need to work on front core or back in order to straighten out?

I would unironically go to /r/advancedfitness with this sort of question

The awrah of the man is from his knees to his navel and must be covered. Remember brothers to not reveal your stomach to anyone but your wife(s) inshallah, and don't wear tight clothing while you are working out, because that is the same as being nude.
Also it is haram to show your awrah (area between your knees and your navel) to anyone either male or female so don't change your clothes in the locker, rather do it in the stall.
Thank you.

Yeah, I remember the days when you only need a good rope and a empty basement to meet your soulmate
I'm currently doing PPL but my legs are already fucking huge (and powerful, 4pl8 squat) so I really don't feel the need to work them twice a week.
How do I fit an extra Push or Pull day in place of legs? Pull-Push-Legs-Pull-Push-Pull-Rest? Or Push-Pull-Legs-Push-Pull-Push-Rest?
>>42322431
Yes
>>42322431
No.
>>42322438
>>42322445
I actually managed to answer my own question haha
My chest is lagging so I'll just do Push-Pull-Legs-Push-Pull-Push-Rest
Does this guy even do leg day?
Never mind the young lad dressed as a prostitute for a minute. I can get over this guy's tiny legs.

Any of you go to clubs/bars alone? How do I do it? I've moved to a new city for work, and not knowing anyone sucks. I want to go out on the weekends, but the awkwardness of going alone stops me from doing it.
>>42322313
have you never seen a movie before??????
I go to bars alone to watch baseball or get food if I've been in lab until midnight and don't want to cook. I also don't have friends to go with.
I go out alone all the time, and I don't even drink. It's a good time, and honestly way more fun than going out with friends because of how many weird/awesome situations you end up in.
I used to be really awkward at first, but you have to start talking to everyone. Nobody really cares. I was always worried about girls asking me why I'm alone, but it never even happens. If they ask you where your friends are or some shit, just own up to being on your own.
Joining the army, any ideas for improving entry standard fitness?
Standards to meet:
Press ups 22 in 1min
Sit ups 42 in 1min
1.5mile run in 10minutes
Current:
Press ups i can do 30 or so in one sitting so no worries there
Sit ups I can do 20 in one sitting, ned to improve
1.5mile run i average about 12mins but i do it outside on inclines etc not on a treadmill like the actual test
Any ideas how to improve on these? I'm currently just repeating them eveyr other day but dont really see any improvement
>>42322275
in the finnish marines atm
start bench pressing and dipping if you want to improve your push ups
for sit ups do planks and ab exercises with weights
run instead for 30 to 60 min to improve endurance
>>42322275
>press ups
Gonna assume you mean push ups. What country is this? These standards are abyssmal, but I guess that's just for entry
Do cardio every day, instead of running only 1.5 miles work on your 3 mile time and make it your goal to get that to below 20 min
The thing is, instead of strength training, you're going to need endurance. I suggest training all of these every day, and while you can time yourself make sure you do much more than just posted here
Don't forget pull ups
>>42322359
Press ups are what they are called in Ireland and the UK
I honestly wish I could just eat oats all day every day and not even bother with any other food
Why are they so high in calories bros?
>>42322196
>Why are they so high in calories bros?
>1 cup dry oats is 300cals
I cook mine 2 to 1 (skim milk to oats) which means a decent bowl is 480cals before I add fruit.
That's not high calorie content, breh.
>>42322196
>Oats
>High in calories
>>42322196
they're not high in calories when considering how nutritious they are
