Kids spit in my face in middle school
People would hide my back pack in high school and everyone would laugh
They used to through chewed gum in my hair and it would be had to remove the gum..
Kids would spit paper balls and throw paper at me
High school gym class, doing "stretching/exercise" someone behind you pushes you and you fall on the ground in class
High school playing dodge ball
Everyone just hits you with the ball
Get hit in the chest so hard, stop breathing/wind knocked out
Everyone laughs as you have tears rolling down your face and you can't breath
2-3 people check on your if you are alright
Eating candy in class, teacher asks what I'm eating
Everyone just says oreo, and my name in high school is oreo
Walk by the classes, and people call me oreo, I don't even know who they are
Playing basketball during class, they push you to the ground and laugh

You bring a knife to school one day, threathn to kill one person and your life takes a different turn

Expelled sophomore year, develop a criminal record and everyone blames you for not understanding how to deal with /banter/

Responding to jokes and harmless physical pushing with threats of murder is literal subhuman behavior. You should've adapted physically (gotten big enough to dissuade hostility) and socially (hide your own reactions to the bullying better). I am glad you have a criminal record. It's a societal mechanism working as intended, screening you from interacting with people who are more civilized and capable.

Hi /fit/

I'm a 22 yr old male who has lifted off and in his whole life. I'm 6'4 250 right now but I'd say 20% bf. I am looking to finally just get fucking cut up and I am certain my diet is what has been holding me back. I have very strange food allergies developed from something called Oral Allergy Syndrome. Basically I can't eat any, poultry, raw fruit or vegetable, legumes and tree nuts. Taking chicken out always seems to be a big hit to my diet, so I was wondering if you were in my situation how would you handle things. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury but plan on returning to the gym, I'll be running a test/tren/drol recomp hopefully but I'm just wondering if anybody could maybe give me a few meal ideas or any advice how to adjust for my specific restrictions

Sorry to break it to you but many peopledont ha e the genes to get fucking cut up. This meme about a diet for muscle gain makes intuitive sense but has poor clinical support, that is assuming you have basic things down (ha) like adequate calorie intake or not having a severe nutrient deficiency.

Master tip: If you dont lift with perfect form, even above your desire for heavy weight, you are injuring your body.

God tip: If you dont have perfect standing posture and your shoulders are rolled, your muscles will develop very non asthetically because you will never hit them completely and rightly.

Oh shit. I forgot the jesus tip: if your upper chest isnt developing even from mid inclines then you have rolled shlulders and you are lifting with your shoulders and injuring them. If your shoulders move "up" or "forward" on pressing movements then your posture is bad.

Need leg help

I'm 6'0 tall 235 lbs. very broad shoulders and my upper body is strong. My legs don't look like chicken legs, but they are weak as fuck. My upper body is very strong, but I seriously neglected legs in my younger years. Now I'm 32 and getting back into working out and want to do it right.

Can someone share the best way for someone like me increase leg size and strength. I need a beginner routine that works. Thank you

All jokes and memes aside, Starting Strength will give you some burly legs. If you feel like your lower body is lacking, it might be good to do SS until it catches up.

Hey /fit/,

I was thinking of doing something known as water fasting to lose some fat fast and I was thinking of doing this on Monday - Friday ( zero calories consumed on these days ) and on the weekends I would do a ketogenic diet at a calorie deficit.

Theoretically I would burn a lot of my body-fat reserves doing this method granted that I have the willpower to stick to it.

FastingAnon here. I've helped a bunch of people lose weight with fasting.

The caveat however is that fasting should not be used by anyone who wants to lose weight, and is only necessary in certain circumstances. Beyond those instances then dietary choices can give you the benefits of the fast.

Only obese individuals should fast for extended periods of time. If you're simply overweight then I wouldn't suggest it.

In addition to the overweight are those suffering from metabolic syndrome related to insulin resistance. Telltale signs of insulin resistance are of course elevated blood glucose, elevated blood pressure, and high levels of visceral fat.


Unless you meet those qualifications you'll do just fine with a shortened eating window like 16:8 and following a leangains style approach to your diet.
