Ok I figured you fuckers would know something before I sink money into a medical treatment - I'm a distance runner and the area around my Achilles' tendon near my heel has started to swell on one foot. It doesn't hurt with pressure or anything like that, but it feels like there's something under the skin. It's almost liquid-y. Friend of mine thinks I might have tendinitis, but I'm not in pain and I can still move it around just fine with no pain.
Any idea what the hell this is?

Are there any vegan diet plans out there? I need to lose 20kg. The time span doesn't matter, I want to shed it and keep it off, while staying vegan.

Man you're in luck. The absolute easiest, best and healthiest way is doing a whole food vegan diet. You will never be hungry and will loose weight fast and you won't even think about it. I lost about 10kg over a few months doing it and it really wasn't something I really thought about I were just like "oh nice some weight loss" since at the time I only cared about my blood values. Will probably be hard for you at the start but after a while you get used to the taste and will actually start to feel strong cravings for the healthy food. Also be careful with the fiber took my like 5months before I could eat 60g+fiber without stomach issues!

Hi, I've started with ss year ago and I made some progress in all exercises. However my legs got big and strong but not hands. I can't do one dip or pull up or chin up. Can you recommend me what to do in this case I don't want to look like dinosaurs with small hands and bigger upper body. I weight 90kg my deadlift is 125kg squat 105kg and bench press 25kg

start giving a shit. I was just sitting in my room playing games getting fat and being mediocre. one day I took my shirt off, looked in the mirror and was disgusted so I put my running shoes on and went out running. Once I was out the door it started raining, I wouldve turned around normally but in that moment I decided I was gonna go all the way this time.

4y later I am happy with where I am at, lost a lot of weight, gained quite a lot of strength and muscle and am doing well in life also.

I know it sounds dumb but just do it, no talk just start. You dont have to be perfect starting out but doing SOMETHING is better than nothing...

Anyone else ever just go to the gym to hang out and socialize? Like not workout

Been doing this on off days lately, it's pretty chill. I walk around and help new guys out, tell big guys they're looking swole, greet people walking in and tell them to have a great workout.

If not I recommend you give it a shot, it's a solid experience

left photo was taken months ago, I was 79-80kg (~175lbs) at the time. Now I don't look much different (right photo) but I weigh 85kg (187lbs). How is this possible?
