P90x is really good for cardio, maybe not the best, but you get other benefits simultaneously like core strength and flexibility.
The main cardio workouts consist of plyometrics which is not stop jumping HIT chaos, cardio which is a lot of your typical aerobic class stuff, and kenpo which is kickboxing larping.
Regardless they get you moving and focus on a lot of different areas of the body much better than a treadmill.
