2 days ago i ate an entire box of this
- 900 cal
- 30g protein
- 210g fiber
- lots of vitamins
- equal sodium/pottasium levels
It's really filling, the entire box is 7.5 cups, I usually eat it with unsweetened almond milk.
It's great for a cut as its so filling with low calories, plus it tastes good. My question is if I can eat one of these boxes everyday? Its preety cheap too, the only downside is the farts but I guess I'll get used to all that fiber if I eat it everyday.
