Don't really workout I'm usually on /r9k/ but could someone tell me what kind of physique I have and what I should work on?

When I do lift it's usually arms because I want to hit harder so any work out that helps get out anger or helps in a fight is usually what I'll do

Recently I've been doing around 40 pull ups a day and 100 curls on my arms with 8 pound weights I don't got any good lifting equipment and don't got the time to invest in a gym

I've seen very mixed things on this program from a variety of sources. Yeah I read the sticky, and while stating that it is an intermediate program, I'm seeing posts on BBF about new guys starting it with lifts like 50lb bench. Would it be alright for somebody who has made decent noob gains to undertake?

Also general thoughts.

Could you guys recommend a routine for a 60+ year old man to do that doesn't involve squats or anything that uses a rack. The gym does have a free barbell just no rack. Asking for a friend.

Are you supposed to run using your quads or calves primarily?
I've always run mostly using my lower legs to do all the work, but today I tried running using my quads, basically stomping on the ground instead of pulling myself along and it felt less strenuous.

So here is my deal: I am 5'11 male and 180 pounds, no fat ass but I still wanna lose weight. I eat healthy, but I still want to eat less, but it's so damn hard to deal with the feeling of hunger. Hey /fit,
My friends and I have recently got the idea of buying ducks and feeding them things such as whey, raw meat, and eggs in order to make their eggs as plentiful in protein as possible. Would this work? We would also have a control group of normal ducks to compare growth.
Any ideas?
