How limited am I with just some weights, a pair of adjustable dumbbells, an olympic barbell and a bench that can't incline/decline? Can you build a good physique with just that? What should my routine be like?

There are meme routines that use nothing but dumbbells. If you have a bench and a set pf adjustable dumbbells, you might be able to work with just that if you read about it a bit more. That being said I don't know much more about it then 'it exists'.

I'm trying to work my way towards doing chin-ups. I'm working on weight loss, but I need some help with the exercise portion. On day A with OHP and Squats I'm doing 3x5 chin-ups negatives. What should I do on Day B with Bench and Deadlift? Should I do more chin-up negatives, maybe lat pulldowns, or something else?

Just keep trying to do them to you do them.

Though may pulldowns will help you develop the back muscles. Same with bent over rows and good mornings

I did negatives and lat pulldowns until I could do 1, then I started doing exclusively pullups.

Ok /fit/ards I have not been on this board in 2 years. This was taken about 6-7 months into
my lifting journey that lasted only 11 months.
I have since reverted back.. if not maybe gained even gained more weight.

Here's the run down:

>Finally working my dream job in Live Production and have worked up to Production and Tour manager

Should I bother trying to loose the weight again?
