Post pic of your body and tell us your lay count.
Let's see the importance of body.
I'm a virgin. I hope I get a girlfriend. And I don't know why I'm still single, good looking man like me. It's Pretty weird actually. Good looking man and great body, works his ass off in the fitness industry.
>>42358047
What do you mean by lay? How many girls I've fucked my whole life?
>>42358115
What else? Lay count is the amount of lays you have.
OK fellas, my shitty ass gym's lowest weight plates are 5 kg (around 10 lbs) so I have to do 5 reps to be able to do more weight for 1 rep, and it's really fucking with me i hit 1 plate bench for 2 today but its my 4th month of training and if it continues like this it will take me like 3 years to get out of novice stage what should i do?
>>42358035
Buy your own smaller plates and take them with you.
Listen up you fucking retards.

What's the point of living if you don't have a body like this?
>>42357936
To become like that
>inb4 permadyels
>inb4 permafats
>>42357936
What's the point of having a body like that?

this...
You're either on you way to somewhere, or you're there already.
Although i guess some of us aint headed in the right direction, but /fit/ is probably the wrong place to look for those.
Beginner here
I have pretty big thighs and butt. Recently ive dropped some weight and it looks better but still larger than average. Im 5'10 175lb
Should I really squat that often? Im afraid of just growing an even bigger butt and not being aesthetic. What if I did leg day every other week?
>>42357819
Forgot to mention my calves are naturally big/muscular and my quads are pretty strong. Fairly certain my legs wouldnt look dyel at low bodyfat
>>42357819
pics?
>>42357819
Do what you need to do to look the way you want to man. Ignore all the "NOT DOING THE PROGRAM" bullshit. Legs are easy as fuck to add size to anyway, so if you end up more top heavy than you wanted you'll only need a few months to catch them up anyway.
Today's workout:
>10 minutes warm up on bike
>10 minutes foam rolling
>10 pullups
>fin
Motivation is gone lads. How do I get it back? I've played sports my whole life and always trained hard. After 15 years I think I'm finally burnt out. What do?
>>42357763
Find a goal or lift/skill you want to do that get's you excited. If basic bitch workouts/fitness stuff isn't doing it then find something that is. Maybe find a sport you like and use that for your "workout".
>>42357841
It's not that I've stopped liking my training. I want to do it but don't have the motivation. I think the only option is a complete break for a couple of weeks.
>>42357891
I see. Yeah, could just be burned out physically and need a break. Barring that, motivation never got anyone anywhere. All about discipline. Do it even if you don't feel like it and it'll get easier and easier. Eventually it won't even matter how you feel, you'll just get it done regardless.
>Fell for the NEET meme for 3 years
>Could have gotten extremely fit, earned a lot of money and learned a ton of different skills in that time
>Instead all I have to show for THREE, THREE YEARS of time is a bunch of shitposts on 4chan, some videogames played and some films watched/critiqued
Does anyone else ever regret how they spent their time? I wish i never became a NEET. It was the biggest mistake of my life.
>>42357741
Rethink this after two years working.
The trick is being a NEET but still getting laid and living on welfare and inherited money.
>>42357783
Sure, let me just inherit a couple million dollars by taking out life insurance policies on my parents then having an "accident".
Cmon man, being a NEET fucking blows unless you get extremely lucky.
>It is time for a gf?
I cannot answer this question positively /fit/. I concern about my life, my value and what I may receive from gf market if I put my resume here.
>>42357633
It is rarely time for a gf. In fact, I'd say you're better off doing outdoorsy activities, reconciling your work with your creativity, and reading a good book.
Then again, pussy tho.
Have you ever seen a guy in the gym who looked like he browses /fit/? (AKA DYEL virgin lifter doing SS)
>>42357590
shouldn't bully DYELs in the gym, they're doing something about it
the only people in the gym you are allowed to mock are those who think they're bigger and stronger than they are, and the girls who go to look good
Hey /fit/ I'm about to be poorfag really soon and I really need to revamp my shitty diet so I can make the last few strides on my cut
I'm looking into https://www.completefoods.co/diy/recipes/brets-soylent-oat-rice-complete-low-price as a way of keeping food costs as low as possible while still getting all my nutrition. Taste isn't too big of a deal to me.
Any other anons have experience with this? I'll probably be doing this in tandem with cooking meals but keeping track of finances is a really big deal for me right now.
bump
bump because also interested
>ask /fit/ what are some good ab exercises
>"squats and deadlifts"
>do nothing but heavy squats and diddlys for muh abs for years
>ab develop slow and lacking
>start doing ab isolation exercises
>abs begin to show after about 3 months
Who else fell for the Rippetits /fit/ meme?
i just wanted to remind my fellow /fit/izens that CrossFitâ„¢ makes a bike https://stuff.crossfit.com/collections/box-essentials/products/the-crossfit-bike

That's an expensive meme
>2000+17
>no suspesion anywhere..
>that price..
>>42357416

What are considered the best routines if one chooses the calisthenics route to getting aesthetic?
Give me beginner and intermediate routines

Fuck being a sad cut brahs, I'm seeing too many /fit/izens wallowing lately.
Post your workout and get excited to make progress.
Tell me how you're progressing. We're all gonna make it.
Keep it fitness related
>>42357251
I'll start
>tunas 3 day split
>ABCABCx
>A day: chest and tris
>B day: legs and back
>C day: shoulders and biceps
Today is leg day, finally sorted out my squat form so I can start progressing again for the first time in 3 years.
Few more weeks left on my cut but I'm down almost 30lbs since April
Want to have muscles. I'm about 5'10, I'm 29. Never trained in my life always been skinny and I have a crazy poor appetite. Am I a lost cause? Only equipment I have in house is a pull up bar. Can I get lean and abs with this bar and sit ups? What should I eat?
