I have both, I use the instant pot at least 3x a week and the slow cooker maybe once a month now.
Steam fish fillet+lemon and veggies in it. Plus, make brown rice or beans way faster.

Hey /fit/ I'm currently working a summer job, and my coworkers decided we should have ourselves an afterwork at least once before everyone's employment periods start ending. Problem is the agreed upon date is on one of my training days. I don't have the time to fit both the workout and the afterwork. I missed last Wednesday's workout due to some complications so I'd rather not skip this one too. Can't offset my routine and lift tomorrow either, it's go or skip completely until Friday's session.

As a stereotypical /fit/izen I'm practically autistic and don't have many friends so I figured a good opportunity to socialize a bit wouldn't hurt. Might even be fun even if I more often than not don't enjoy these kinds of things that. But on another hand I doubt I'm gonna make any lasting friendships from this job, since people start leaving next week. Though if I skip I have to explain myself tomorrow which h is also gonna be awful

What do I do /fit/?

How much coffee do you drink daily?

Hi /fit/

I'm 5'10" 90kg, currently trying to lose weight and build myself up a little bit as well. I do 20 mins of HIIT cardio on the eliptical, and my diet is under control. I'm new to the gym stuff so ive been using mostly machines. The routine im using for my exercises is:

Day 1:
Chest press 3x10
Shoulder press 3x10
Fly 3x10
Lat pulldowns 3x10
Weighted tricep pulldows 3x10

Day 2:
Arm curl 3x10
Reverse fly 3x10
Lat pulldowns 3x10
Rows 3x10
Dumbell rows 3x10
Hammer dumbell curls 3x10

Day 3:
Leg press 3x10
Calf raises 3x10
Crunches 3x10
Body squats 3x10
Side plank

How can i improve this? Any tips would be good. And yes i have read the sticky. My goal is to drop to about 70-75 kg and basically have an aesthetic body. I don't really care about size too much.

So today I was diagnosed with erosive gastritis. I have already accepted that I won’t be able to bulk up until I’m cured.
However, I still want to exercise just to feel good.
What should my diet be so that my body doesn’t lack necessary nutrients while doing light exercise/cardio?
I’m about 161lbs/73kg at 6 feet tall.
Also, most anti-gastritis diets recommend drinking water while eating. But when I do that I get horrible bloating.

Eat smaller more frequent meals.

Reduce alcohol intake, avoid it entirely
