So I ran test+deca on and off for a few years and last year finished a tren cycle that I decided would be my last

Has anybody else read this book and followed it's advice?

Been on a primal diet (high fat, med protein, low carb) for about 2 weeks now. Consistently losing body fat. Would like to hear YOUR opinion on this.

I would suggest you try it yourself to experience the benefits.

I can only roughly estimate my fatloss. Would say I went from 16%-14% to 14%-12%. So about a 2% loss.

I am very strict in cutting out sugar out of all of my meals. The prime goal is to keep insulin levels steady to not have to suffer from sugar withdrawls and have a intuitive eating and workout schedule.

I feel mostly engerized - according to author the gene transformation to become a FAT BURNING BEAST takes 21 days - so I am not done just yet.

Help me out /fit/.

How can I, a 20 year old with the body and face of a 14 year old while suffering skinnyfat, turn my body into the model body. I want to go to the gym but I don't want to go alone. But I have no friends to go with. Is there no hope for me?

I do not go to gym so i dont have any weights besides one item that weights like 5-7 kg xd

How high do you go when you do chinups and pullups? When my shoulders touch the bar, that is one rep for me, but i see tons of guys doing half reps and counting it as one.

If I were to go for a fitness test by the army, police, firefighter whatever, how high do they expect you to go?

So what I do is eat 500g broccoli 1 day, and then 500g carrots the next day, and repeat 365/days a year.

They're the only 2 veggies I can eat. Everything else tastes like shit.

A lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Powerlifting Union has been formed to give the sport’s athletes representation with the Federation of Gay Games (FGG) and mainstream federations.

The Union was created at the Congress meeting held during the inaugural LGBT International Powerlifting Championships (IPC) in London.

The meeting was attended by the most diverse group of LGBT powerlifters ever assembled, with some having attended Gay Games as early as 1982 and others being new to the sport and participating in their first championships.

Charlotte Wareing, the female Co-President of the LGBT Powerlifting Union and a two-time world champion and four-time European champion, added: "It is essential that we adopt a sports model that attracts as many lifters as possible to participate in LGBT lifting, including people who in the past may have been discriminated against due to their gender, sexuality or HIV status.

"Gay Games adopts the principles in inclusion, participation and pursuit of personal best and we aim to stay true to these principles through the new LGBT Powerlifting Union."

Next year’s LGBT IPC is also scheduled to take place in London, on July 28.

It falls on the weekend before the Opening Ceremony of the 2018 Gay Games on August 4.

Events being offered are full powerlifting, single lift squat, single lift bench and single lift deadlift.

OK lads, I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week fairly consistently for like 8 months now, I do compound exercises and have gone from dead-lifting 120kg to 180/90kg (about 400lbs) for reps - but I barely look any different.

When I occasionally talk to someone who looks like they know they often tell me conflicting things.
How I get lots of muscle growth? Actual strength is shit, women can't tell that i'm more than 50% stronger than 8 months ago unless i'm swole.

I'm on a version of the Texas Method and I want to do some cardio while eating at a really slow bulk.

Recommendations? Anyone have success with this and if so how did you program it? Anyone for whom it didn't work please share what you did wrong.

depends on what type of cardio and how much you're eating tbqh

if you're doing a "really slow bulk" however I would probably recommend against it. both cardio and lifting draw from the same potential pool of resources and if you're just barely eating enough to recover from TM you're probably not eating enough to recover from TM+cardio
