Cardio while cutting. Is it necessary? I'm already at a 600 deficit. I just want to know how if I'll lose more muscle if I do cardio.

I just did a cut. Lost less than 5 lbs off of any of my one rep maxes; with 7 day a week cardio.
If you're not training for a marathon or something extreme, you can do cardio
Yeah I pretty much have to rely on cardio because I don't really have the self-discipline to cut out dense calorie foods. I do commit myself to IF though.

I actually got my 66 y/o dad with CHF back into lifting in the last year, I'm super fucking proud of him. He does goblet squats and lunges and a shit load of hyperextensions for lower and bench, pushups, DB rows, and a ton of band stuff for upper. I'm sure his heart is still mostly fucked but I can see him moving better than he has in years.

Read the fucking sticky. And realize that not just building muscle, but retaining it, also burns calories. If you lose weight but your appetite hasn't decreased and you haven't gained any muscle, you'll just cave and gain the fat back.

Hi my name is anon, and i lost fifteen pounds over the past four months since I last went to the doctor and my senpai (mom,bro,dad) are concerned and i'm just trying to get to the old state of my body. Yes, but I eat peppers like jalapenos and habaneros. They're super low calorie, good tasting, and have top tier micros. Hot sauce is tasy, but its high sodium, so I leave it for the weekend when I'm doing things like drinking anyway.

When the year started I wrote down a single New Year's Resolution: To lose 3 kg. per month and go from 162 kg. (356 lb.) down to 126 kg. (277 lb.)... but I have been weak and depressed (I was already depressed when the year started though) but I have finally made some progress and I want to complete this resolution. I used a calculator to see a day-planner, the results were:
I have to eat ~1050 calories per day MAX if I want to be 126 kg. when the next year starts. Is this feasible assuming I'm able to exert perfect self-control? And, Is it overly unhealthy? Will I start developing health issues if I eat so little? I'm 5'11 (182 cm.) tall, by the way.

I will if it's overly unhealthy. My plan is start 2018 at 126 kg., and then lose 6 kg. in 6 weeks so I reach the maximum weight to use an elliptical trainer, and then lose the rest of the weight max 1 pound per week until I'm in good shape.
I never liked food that much, but now that my manipulative feeder girlfriend is out of the picture, my resolve has returned.
