i've always been skinny,i m 188 cm, 2 years ago i was 70 kg (155 lbs) i started lifting some shit and eating 3500 calories a day, in 8-9 months i gaines 16 kg, now i am 86 kg ( 189 lbs )
the problem is that im growing too much fat, i'm not obese indeed, but i'm starting showing love handels,
i want to continue bulking, there a way to lose some fat while continuing bulking?

On some days when I just really don't feel like lifting heavy, or I know I won't be able to progress will it do any harm if I just go at like 60% max and go for heavy heavy volume.

I've heard people say this will negatively affect how much I can lift the following workout but that kind of seems stupid to me? Anyone able to shed light?

My sister went from 165lbs to 115lbs for her wedding using my diet advice, she did it over 18 months. Now it's only been 3 years since she got married and shes not only back to her original weight before cutting, but even bigger.

Over the course of three months i decided i wanted to lose a lot of weight, i was chubby at 200lbs 6'2 so i did cardio every single day and ate below maintenance and dropped 50lbs. Have now been trying to gain back some weight eating 200 cals above maintenance but i haven't gained a pound in 7 months. What do?

Why do vegetarians always have really bad complexion?

I've noticed whenever I'm talking to a vegetarian, they always have really weird pale complexion, almost translucent. And their skin tends to be thinner too.

Did baby weight latpulldown again and was easy.

I could do 3 pullups before I got a slight pain again. I'm not risking anything, just gonna do some rotator cuff exercises then go home

Need some advice please bro's

I'm a lanklet currently trying to bulk. I wouldn't say I'm skinnyfat but my bf% is noticible. One side of my chest is noticeably bigger than the other due to fat. I went to my doctor and he said there was no gyno tissue there, just subcutaneous fat and he basically told me to fuck off when I asked for surgery.

It is pointless me going on a cut as I am still an untrained skelly. Should I just continue to bulk and train my chest harder to try and even out the imbalance and then eventually cut down when I have more mass?

Its embarrassing, one side of my chest is completely flat, the other has a mini man boob.
