Is it even possible to get lean 16+ inch arms as a natty? With lean i mean a with nice prominent biceps vein.
I lift for 4 years and the only time my arms were actually big, was when i was builtfat.

ive been lifiting for probably 2 years, naturally. im at about 15 1/2. definately possible. but it comes down to genetics. Some people are torso dominant, some people are arm dominant. Big ass arms but not really any chest or back. im the opposite, big chest and back, small arms.

It's possible but it takes time. Bicep veins are mostly genetic. I've only been lifting about a year and some change and have bicep veins, but that's just because I'm predisposed to be very vascular anyway.
If you can't see them, id suggest cutting till you can, and then lean bulk up to your desired arm size.

Barbell got it from a local refurbishing company that refurbishes gym equipment from gyms for $60
I got a few plates off Amazon and Walmart, but most of the ones I use I've gotten from swapmeets. In total I've paid $250 for them, just because of the ones I got from Amazon and Walmart, the rest got them 50ยข a pound some even less. In total I'd say I have about 400lbs of weights.
About 90% of my stuff is used and I got it Rusty, but other than that it's all solid and in good condition. I got a rust remover and painted them black with Rust-Oleum.
Everything is still solid and has lasted me a long time, i got my bench and rack when I was first starting out and it still holds up like new, but I would like to get a cage soon.

currently in a position where my body doesn't burn fat at 1500calories despite training for an hour and a half on average at the gym (boxing).
I used a 1500 calorie diet to lose 160lbs a few years ago, and am now trying to reach 170, but I've run into this hiccup, that my metabolism is fucked up.
anyone have input or knowledge of this? I want to go to the gym and train for boxing but I've read that excess cardio won't help fix my metabolism and I should focus on lifting.
