Do I have to work the whole body evenly?
I wanna develop my arms. After they are done I will move onto chest, back, legs etc.
So like All August all I do is arms 6 times a week.

Nah man you're on the right track. Keep doing what you're doing, I think you've got a killer plan lined up.

Sounds solid lad, you seem to know what you're doing. Keep us posted on sick gains.
Yup thats exactly what the sticky says, good luck and keep us updated op
Is there a way to sweat less? I genetically sweat more than average person and it is getting really annoying every year during summer. I play sports, lift and eat generally healthy. Not a fatty.
Could cold showers help in long term?
Hyperhidrosis is a curse. Sorry buddy

How to get a classical statue physique?
It's almost like they're somewhere between a powerlifter and a physique competitor. Should I just swing a sword around and wrestle?
Why am I such a weak little bitch? My deadlift and squat has been going up 5lbs per lift session (three times a week - all of these exercises every time), but my OHP and bench are just fucked.
6'4, 197lbs, lifting seriously for two months after fucking around trying to figure stuff out for the first month.
Squat - 120 7 reps 4 sets
Dead - 135 8 reps 4 sets
Bench - 90 8 reps 4 sets
OHP - 60 6 reps 4 sets
Row - 95lbs 9 reps 4 sets
Curl - 60lbs 9 reps 4 sets

You are doing bench and the press way too often. It would be fine to do 20+ reps once a week but if you are doing it 3 times a week you are just making it difficult to lift heavy. Many reps for beginners is fine to work on form and build stabilizers. After a while though you should definitively lower the amount of reps you do a week. If you mostly care about the strength, doing less reps at a higher percentage of your max is better. Look into doing a 5x5 in the future.

Why are we still here? Just to suffer? Every night, I can feel my leg... and my arm... even my fingers.
Won't stop hurting... You feel it, too, don't you? I'm gonna make them give back our past.

I do full body workouts 3x a week and I do cable crunches at the end of one of those workouts. I wear a belt on every exercise prior to ab training. On my second set of cable crunches, I got a very strong cramp on my lower left side of the abs for like 5 minutes. Keep in mind that I get supreme contractions on this exercise and I usually cramp, but not this hard.
I'm trying to drop 30lbs Bois, I gained 15lbs this summer and it's not fucking good. I'm officially overweight now.
I did the keto diet a while back and did it for a week. I lost 6lbs. When I went off it after a week I gained back 10lbs.
But when I do CICO I lose hardly anything. With keto I limited myself to 1200 Cal's a day. I figured since /fit/ says keto is bullshit I'd say fuck carbs and just focus on calories. I limited my calorie intake to 1200.
I've lost half a pound. Wtf m8. In a week.
Should I stick with CICO or go back to Keto. I personally found keto to be easier too.
Keto doesn't actually help you lose weight over the short term, it just lowers glycogens that hold water, making it seem like you've lost fat. In fact, you probably lost more body fat doing CICO than keto desu.
Cable crunches are the best exercise for your abs
Pros: works them hard
Cons: if you're a beta cunt, you might think they look stupid doing

>Weighted situps
I feel pretty alpha doing them
I did these, used the entire weight stack, was like OMG these are easy.
Now I have tennis elbow and can't lift at all.
How much is one pl8? Went to 3 gyms past year and each had different pl8s, what weight should I consider "one pl8"

thanks bro
>>42381296
A standard plate is 45 pounds (or 20kg to yuropfags.)
A standard barbell should also weigh this amount.
So:
"1pl8" = 135 pounds /60kg.
"2pl8" = 225 pounds / 100kg.
"3pl8" = 315 pounds /140kg.
And so on.
>Inb4 "that guy who counts the bar". This meme stopped being funny months ago. There was even a memo about it.
Fat people of /fit/; what is the reason for your crazy junk indulging?
I find that everytime I'd like some candy, it's never because I actually crave it in the first place. My mouth doesn't water at the thought of it. I only ever want it because I'm bored.
Getting intrapersonal about it and finding the reason behind my candy desires makes it so much easier to avoid eating it. That's just me though. It's probably harder for people who eat to fill grief, not boredom.
But yeah, what is your reason?
I promised my gf I'd give her a lapdance the next time I saw her, considering she's in another state and it's gonna be a few months before we're able to have any IRL fun. Any routines I should add?
I do weight training and cardio (mostly cycling), but I'm not terribly flexible. I don't have access to dedicated classes and I'm not looking for routines. I'll do yoga if I have to, but I'd rather avoid it.
