Why would you make a lot of pushups? A clean one-hand hanstand pushup is a million times more impressive than a thousand standard pushups. The more you can do just means that your body optimized the motion for one particular exercise.

do whatever movements you want each day, but mainly focus on upper body so lots of bench, dumb bell work, and of course good use of cable machines. Never go to gym friday or saturday night, you can go in the afternood/morning on those days only.
diet consists of pizza

I snapped my shit at work resulting into a serious back injury and hip.
I haven't been lifting for 1.5 years. All my gains are gone, my biceps are flat.
I gained a lot of fat, I went from being a lean 73 kg at 1.84 cm to 84 kg.

doms are normal when you don't work out regularly. especialy if you haven't worked out in weeks. as soon as your body gets used to working out you won't get doms as frequently.

Hi /fit/ i need to know what type of exercise i need to be doing to gain muscle in my upper leg/ inner thigh? as you can probably see the top of my legs have started to degrade leaving me with bad stretch marks.
Is their something wrong with the way im sitting? will gaining muscle in this area reduce the stretch marks?
