your test levels fluctuate during the day, in the morning its the higher and at night its the lowest, thats inevitable unless you pin, also make sure you eat enough fats (healthy fats are preferable) and vitamins and minerals

Context - 5'10, 185-190 lbs. 31.5-33 inch waist (depends on the day of the week)

I typically can lose .75-1.0 inch off my waist in a week, and about 8-10 lbs.

Is that a normal rate? Am I losing fat or water/bloat?

I decided to stop being a fat piece of shit and picked up running today. I read that I should run on a track field or grass so I don't fuck up my legs. After running on a track, my shins hurt something fierce. Is the track I ran on shit, or is this normal for first time runners? I'm about 30 lbs overweight if it helps.

It is normal. How long did you run for? You really gotta ease into running if youre new to it and overweight, check out the couch to 5k app. Look into running shoes as well. Running is the goat though, keep at it and you will achieve enlightenment

Thanks friend, was actually doing the couch to 5k thing. Had to walk some of the run sessions because it felt like my heart was trying to jump out through my throat, but I'll keep at it till I do it proper. Might be the running shoes, just picked up a random pair that felt nice. You have a particular brand to recommend?
