When I do pushups, I get a sharp pain in my lateral left elbow. Feels like it's coming from deep within that soft spot. The joint also collapses as I'm unable to bear any weight at all on it. The pain and weakness immediately resolve once I let off.

I haven't experienced it when doing anything else. It's only with pushups, regardless of how I position myself or whether I use stands.

Which alternative exercises can I try to replace pushups and see if the elbow thing won't happen?

If you have elbow pain it means you have bad form.

For the last months I started eating more,I also stopped drinking soda,eating snacks and stopped smoking,I started going to the gym,sleeping more and finally get a bit in better shape and overall look healthier

yes obviously but whether or not you'll actually look better is dependent on what your bone structure is actually like under the flab. some people end up looking creepy and skeletal at like 20% bf, and if there's a weak jaw and chin and shitty cheekbones no amount of cutting is gonna save you

What's the best way to maintain decent strength, bulk, and fitness into your 70's, /fit/? That's the age at which a lot of formerly-fit people really fall apart physically, and shed much of their former strength. I notice that certain people like farmers maintain physical strength a long time - into their 80's and even beyond. What is their secret?

Their secret is that they just keep going and don't stop lifting heavy shit just because they are old.

My dad is weak and unhealthy as fuck but every time I tell him he should come to the gym he just says 'I'm too old for that'

Even if he could only squat 1 plate he would still be doing better than 95% of people his age

How did you get abs
I've been working out for like a year and I still don't have abs, I'm only like 150 pounds at 6'1 and I have almost no fat on my body except for my belly, I can't feel any fat anywhere but my stomach

Best excercises for stamina ?

I've recently noticed that my stamina is terrible and even a 1.5 mile run has be gasping for air so I want to make a change, it's not speed that's the problem and I have the mindset it's my ability to keep on going which is holding me back in my mind I can keep going but my body just can't.

What sort of exercises could I implement into my day that would boost my stamina?

It's endurance. Keep gasping for air and eventually you'll be able to do it.

Cardio sucks but once you train your will to keep going, you'll be fine.

Serious question, why do manlets feel the need to exercise so much to the point their bodies look completely deformed? I get some of them has self esteem issues but thats no excuse to fuck up your body. What's the point of looking like pic related when you look so disgusting?

lmfao why do lanklets care about manlets so much? manlets gain muscle faster, look more muscular at lower weight, need to eat less, workout less frequently do to lower ROM, and lift more weight per lb of muscle on average (excluding lanklets on roids).

What's your opinion on fueling your workouts with caffeine?

I've gotten into the habit of drinking a soda before mine, and it really helps me power through it. The rest of my diet is pretty much in check, so I guess it isn't hurting anything. Am I wrong?
