What causes the HORRIBLE death-smelling farts after a cheat meal? Last night as my cheat meal I ordered a pizza and HOLY FUCK my farts smell like death.
if you're cutting, you're likely eating the same foods over and over. your body adapts to this, namely, your gut flora - the microorganisms that flourish on the foods you're now eating take over and your body becomes really, really efficient and digesting those foods, but much less at digesting others
when you're just eating whatever, your gut flora is more diverse and can basically handle anything (albeit less efficiently than when it is "cultivated" on a restricted diet.)
this is also why you might get constipated for the first few weeks during a major diet change - your gut flora needs time to adapt

Yea during the week I usually eat only 30-40 grams of carbs pre workout, and at least 160 grams of protein. I guess intaking 500 grams of carbs in one day can upset my gut bacteria a bit.
I ate an entire box of Fiber One bars yesterday. I've been farting every few minutes since. Last night I farted so loud I woke myself up multiple times. It's been glorious.

I hate exercise but I enjoy vidya games. I play wii bowling twice a day it about 2 hour intervals. I do 2 hours of bowling with one arm and 2 with the other. I'm actually losing weight and gaining some muscle from doing this.

Are you using a sled or prowler? Do 40 yard dash suicides with a pl8 added each time. Or do high-low with 60% of weight for 10-12 sets with 45 secs rest. Check out juggernaut fitness they have a bunch of prowler medleys on their site.
