what are the best exercises for lats, traps, and obliques that I can do at home? doctor says I can't go outside for a week and I don't want to lose my gains. never really invested in a home gym setup, so the only equipment at my disposal is a pair of dumbbells.

i have long ass arms and i cannot press my bodyweight but i can strict ohp 1pl8 for like 3 reps
granted my bench form needs work especially leg drive and also triceps is kinda weak, but whenever i bench and move grip wide (like ring finger on ring) then it doesnt feel tight at all, no matter how hard i try to use lats and what not, also my wrists tend to dislike benching aswell.

therefore, would an ideal workout be your compound movements in the 6-10rm range, followed by 2-3 sets of an accessory?
ex. leg workout
squat 3x6,8,10
leg press 2x10, 1 drop set or some form of extended set
ex. shoulders tris workout
shoulder press 3x6,8,10
french press 2x10, 1xextended set
the extended set (think rest pause, drop set, negatives etc) could be used to ensure you hit both types of muscle fibers fully

DOMS:How long does it last?
It's been 1 week since leg day and my left quad is still agonising to squat on. I've been lifting 2 years and never experienced one this long. It doesn't appear to have diminished at all over that time, usually my DOMS lasts 2-3 days. Can anyone help me with this?

I was browsing Instagram in class 4 years ago when i came across a comic with Zyzz fighting some giant man on creatine. I thought it was pretty funny but didnt think much of it. I later found another comic by the same author where Zyzz came and hugged anon and told him "We're all gonna make it brah." So I had to know who this "zyzz" guy was. I looked him up and it changed me life forever. I knew I wanted to get into the gym but I really didn't really have an idea of what I wanted to look like. After seeing Zyzz's physique I knew exactly what I wanted to train for. I took all my savings and all my birthday money and went and bought a gym membership. Still, 4 years later I still go to the gym 6 days a weak and train in his memory.
