Does lifting weights relive anxiety/stress/anger at all? I've been running for a while and lately my frustration and anger has been pretty high. Will lifting help this? Cheers.

How would /fit/ structure a beginner routine with only 2 workouts per week?

Just moved house, no gyms nearby, looking at my options. Uni gym looks good but I'm only on campus Tues-Fri and it's a reasonable commute, pretty garbage with traffic. My old gym is close to my work but I'm only there on Mon and Sat, not too far from home but it's in the opposite direction from uni so it'd be pretty inconvenient to go there on other days.

Other option is to do something like Tues morning, Wed night, Fri morning at uni. Would that kill my gains?

One thing you could do is two heavy PL-style sessions on Tuesday and Friday, and buy a pull up bar to do chinups at home. You can also jump rope at home for calves and cardio.
You could also do something like

Intensity upper
>Wednesday
Intensity lower
>Thursday
Volume upper
>Friday
Volume lower

Texas method style.
You could also buy two gym memberships and go Monday at the work gym, Wednesday and Friday in campus gym

I had to list a reason(s) on the work order as to why I am requesting my hot water knob to be removed and discarded. Would you care to hear the reasons? Well stay tuned friend. 3 reasons:

my question is, how do you guys eat that much? and why? The amount of calories I need a day to gain is about 2800, and I hit that easily just eating various meals and foods, but reasonable amounts. are you guys like making super calorically dense foods and only eating like once a day?

How do you guys deal with all the attention once you got swole?

When I squat, I put all my weight on my toes and that strip of meat that connects my toes to my foot. Am I in bad form? Should I change this? I find it much easier to squat with this because of balance, but I'm afraid it won't work with barbells. What do you call this form so I could look it up and read more about it?

Yes, it's bad form.

Yes, you should change it.

This form is called, "shitty squat form."

Watch any fucking videos about barbell squats. Keep the your center of gravity over the middle of your feet. If you consistently shift the weight toward your toes, a better cue is to "squat from your heels".

As you squat heavier and buy shoes you will find there is a raised heel. But what you're doing is just plain wrong.
