I'm getting a haircut tomorrow since my hair is way too long. I'm thinking of just shortening the back and sides.

Is this considered /fa/? I have shitty hair at the moment, and I wanted to go for something short and manageable/simple when spring rolls around.

do i have to tip next time if i think my haircut turned out shitty? I told her (different stylist) that I was ok coming back later for a haircut but she insisted that she would be able to do mines after finishing with her guest. 15-20 minutes later, it was my turn. She would keep going back and fourth leaving me there to do someone else's hair. Not long after she has another guest coming in and tells me that maybe I should set an appointment next time! It was HER who said that she was ok with doing mine. That was 2 weeks ago. I plan on spending to fix it up with the hairdresser who originally cut my hair but whom wasn't there that day. FWI 5 dollar tip plus $25 charge

i used to flip my guy a $20. then I just started shaving my own for the longest time... I don't think I've had a real haircut in like 12 years or so now that I think about it.

i got a cut that was a lot shorter than what i wanted from a stylist who was rude to me. . the cut was done pretty well, just not what I had clearly asked for. I think it's justified not to tip in that case

posting same thing I post in every hair thread

is there a place to get samples of conditioner and shampoo, irl or delivered? I've tried a few conditioners but I still need to wash my hair with shampoo every three days or so or it looks fucking gross unless I tie it up. But when I shampoo it it gets dried out.

I've tried maybe ten different shampoos and about six different conditioners because of this

or is there somewhere I can go where people can see my hair and tell me what would work best? one anon recommended a pharmacy but cvs and walgreens didn't know wtf to recommend
