I don't think so. I feel like they're only just beginning to permeate the mainstream conscious, and I see more and more people who aren't "into fashion" wearing them.

That said, I rarely see fashion-oriented wearing them anymore. They've gone out of style in that sense already.

Personally I only wear mine when I'm not going out. (Not that I haven't in the past)
