It means "Natural" in the sense that you dont use gear or any enhancers like steroids to improve your muscles and physique

most people on both boards realise that a moderate amount of muscle and dressing well are equally important to looking good.
unless roiding or manlet, you will probably never get "too big" for dressing sensibly. There people on /fit/ who roid and there are people on /fa/ that think anorexia will put some tumblr filter on how people see their autism fits. these are the people who think they are better than the other board

You can't have a lot of muscles and be /fa/. Androgynous men are always more fashionable, of course, you can't go full tumblr here, but there's a limit to your size if you really wanna be /fa/.

The most masculine you can go is Ryan Gosling and the most feminine you can go is pic related, anything beyond these will make your aesthetics so strange that people will not notice your clothing.
