This was a serious question. The one who cut it obviously hasn't balanced out the shape of your head. Try combing it down and back over the sides a bit. Maybe try to even part it. Play around till it works'. The parts between your hat-line and the long hairs has to grow-in again...

Were you going for something like this?
Did you take a photo in for your barber to base it off? That helps a lot more than trying to tell him what you want.
Could always shorten the top to lessen the contrast, shave and start over, or rock it as is.

The barber didn't consider the shape of your head and cut too much from the sides to your top. Did you take a pic to your barber or just told him? It also looks like there's too much volume in your hair or your hair is not used to being combed back.

You can either put more product in your hair and drape it like >>9303529 said or cut it all off. By the looks of it, I'd cut it off.

try different hair products, mess around with it, see if anything works, but for me the sides are buzzed way too high. If you don\t want to buzz, just go to the barber and cut the top a bit in the meantime, so you dont look like a paintbrush

not OP but:

if i have a sorta oblong shaped head, so having a decent difference between the top and sides isn't too big of a deal, could I get what i have right now (blended with a sort of high, but not that high top) and take the blend out?
