Sneaker General
No sneaker general other than the high-end one
>>9224851
So this is a low-end sneaker thread? You spend the majority of your day on your feet; you should invest in good footwear.
If you're poor, get a job.
>>9224856
Nce plastic hospital shoes.
already posted in the cop or not but reposting
cop the qasa, white response trails, or both?
probably getting both regardless
>>9224891
There's already a thread for high-end sneakers.
>>9224870
>plastic
lol, try harder
>>9224891
Qasa, trails will look like garbage once their dirty.
Anyone have any fit pics with the himalayan camper? I fell in love with this sneaker. Too bad black is the only available colorway right now
>>9224916
it's just better to have a fresh thread for sneakers. Also sneaker general which means all sneakers, not just high or low end. black campers
>>9224870
They take your shoes when you stay at the hospital. Socks are okay. Slippers are okay. Laces and hard soles aren't
>>9224856
>You spend the majority of your day on your feet; you should invest in good footwear.
that's a stupid argument because a lot of high-end footwear is probably terrible for the health of your feet, legs, and posture
>>9224930
thank fuck they don't do that here. Was walking around in my KVA sneakers and a hospital gown looking /fa/ as fuck.
>>9224936
This is so true, Most of these high end sneakers just have a flat sole with zero arch support
>>9224919
alex the scammer
I wish I could figure out how to put these into an outfit, I just love the fact that these shoes have an actual spring suspension.
>>9224967
Thanks, I appreciate it but the ones with the thick rope laces and the strap have a different aesthetic to them than those that model of himalayans that just looks like a hightop runner
>>9224856
god damn you are fucking dumb
>>9224967
>>9224969
forgot picture
>>9224984
cringe...
>>9224986
I know me too, the only thing that draws me to them is the technology.
>>9224919
there is a picture with a guy in white techwear with these on its hella dope, ill try to find it
Thinking about copping a pair of Sambas for casual but somewhat stylish wear. Not sure if the tongue is too long and would look/feel weird. What would you guys recommend as possible alternatives?
>>9225029
you can get short-tongued sambas
i heard they are squeaky af tho
>>9224851
Exact pair I want....from Nightcrawler
>>9225032
yea I've got some and they squeak when tied super tight but I typically keep them really loose for some reason
>>9224991
I'd just buy a Porsche if you're interested in the technology. Not kidding - those shoes are atrocious.
>>9224851
>$160
damn. any NB's similar to this in color and shape at a lower price maybe?
>>9224851
>new balance
Not even once.
>>9224856
>no socks
>>9225180
no-shows
>>9225094
there are a lot of cool models
Anyone have experience with ETQ Amsterdam?
I picked up some af1 lows, I know they're "overplayed" and "memeshoes".
>>9224945
>>9224936
>>9224856
i see what point youre *trying* to make, but damn did you ever fall short of anything resembling a non shitpost. you're advocating spending top $ on footwear because you spend most of your day on your feet, but high end shoes that get posted around here are all pretty terrible or average at best. wait fuck me i just realized mid argument who i'm responding to. worst trip ever you should seriously drop it dude. no need for me to continue i'm sure anyone with half a brain sees my point.
>>9225095
honestly don't underestimate how squeaky they are. holy fuck. i wore mine for a year and they still squeaked non-stop. i had to resort to rubbing a bit of lotion where the tongue hits the leather by the laces (lol "leather") and that makes them stop for a few days. it is seriously squeaky as a motherfucker otherwise. like if you walk down an empty hallway you will probably want to shoot yourself before getting to the end of it. it's that bad and makes you feel conspicuous as fuck like annoying bitches walking into lecture halls with clunky heels on *thunk thunk thunk thunk*
>>9226019
why did you buy them then if you know they are bad
>>9226036
i like them
>>9226038
and im short
>>9226047
>neckbeards wanting to touch them
what? do you live in La-La Land?
Hey /fa/, I'm still pretty new to everything. I copped pic related thinking they look great (and they do) but I don't know what the fuck to wear with them.
I feel like they always come off looking bright (Just like white sneakers, just not as bad) and as a result I'm not really sure what color combos work with this. I wear mainly dark indigos and blacks, so I'd appreciate some spoonfeeding because I don't have much of an eye for color right now.
>>9225095
It really depends on your foot, mine squeaked for about a month but are totally fine now.
what /fa/ thinks about adidas zx flux?
>>9226094
>I wear mainly dark indigos and blacks
What's your question then? Those should look good with those shoes.
copped these ones for 50 euros. The boy on the other "high-end" thread was mean to me. I like them, plus, they were cheap. Copped myself some NB574(see model VGY) 3 weeks ago too.
>>9226005
Nobody?
>>9225029
These are great.
I'm thinking about copping the pusha t x adidas.
>>9226293
think about something else then, maybe it will help avoiding a bad cop
>>9225050
You made it to fa I see.
Your wardrobe is going to be so conflicting when I see a fat man wearing his drive jacket and Newbalance 574s. Good luck with your life.
which model & w2c?
>>9226324
bumb. need nb
>>9226047
wtf are you talking about..?
Nobody would ask to touch your shoes unless they are legitimately retarded and if thats the case then it doesnt matter what shoes you're wearing
>>9226324
not exactly that model, but I own these.
>just ordered these
>oh fuck wait those sizes might have been women's sizes
>did I just buy women's shoes
I really like them but I'm pretty sure they aren't going to fit at all
I think I fucked up /fa/
>>9224891
more opinions?
who can tell me about the actual physical size
of qasas? probably going to buy a size 9uk/10us/43eu but how big would they look on feet.
some shoes are massive and some are a bit more sleek.
>hear about new flyknit racer colorway release with black tongue
>go to buy a pair for 120
>order goes through
>call customer support to ask some questions about the backorder
>"lol we actually outsold what nike allotted for us to sell, your order will be canceled in 2 days"
knew it was too fucking good to be true; im always 2 weeks late to shit like this
>only other alternative is 260 dollars on ebay
fucking roadrunnersports
>>9226324
996?
what are these and w2c?
>>9225180
>he wears socks
>>9226293
these are damn nice
>>9227007
anybody?
>2014
>wearing shoes
You must have a boring life. Im saving children in India and in between doing that and posting on /fa/ I dont even have time to wear shoes
>>9226025
W2c
>>9227166
you must have a diseased life, enjoy your ebolariatitis-c
>>9227043
don't you have a smaller picture? those are beat up all white af1 mids
>>9226324
Far too thin to be 574 but I don't think they're 996 either, they don't have the line on the inside or come as high as in pic related
Not 998 either, the N is too big
Also need to know what model
bless

>>9227350

I've got 150 to waist. What sneakers should I get
>>9227471
>I've got 150 to waist. What sneakers should I get
wtf does this even mean? Are you in highschool and just got some Christmas money from your grandparents and now you want to buy some shoes to look cool at school?
>>9226293
Looks like popcorn,
>>9227478
Thanks m8
>>9227495
No I've just got money to waist
Don't be so mad
>>9227515
I'm not mad, just fucking with you.
It is not "waist", you are trying to say "waste". Example: You waste your money and I am guessing you are poor.
>>9227529
Oh I didn't catch that but yeah I meant waste
>>9224851
w2c pls
htoughts?
>>9227411
you shipping to germany?
>>9227300
what shoe is this?
>tfw i find all sneakers shit
I don't know why, they're just bad 90% of the time
>>9224851
I have a serious problem.
Navy pair just came in and the fucking mongrels delivered it in a bust up box, next cop is going to be designer or at least not adidas.
>>9227600
post fit
>>9227630
Can someone suggest a sneaker with a clean look like a Samba, but with a thicker jogger-like sole? I have bad ankles and knees and even with insoles my Sambas are suffering.
Considering a black Roshe if I can't do any better.
>>9227658
pure boost
>>9227667
this but I wouldn't wear them in anything but dry weather. I have a pair extremely comfortable, but they really show their wear. Only have had mine for a couple months and theyre falling apart
>>9227001
Why would you think those are mens shoes
>>9227658
Id suggest Saucony grid 9000 or Saucony shadows
Or New Balance 530s or New Balance 580s. Theyre all runners and pretty comfy
>>9227529
lel mad
>>9227535
looks kinda chunky, ugly colorway too
>>9227694
Those all look like chunky '90s running shoes. I'm looking for a much cleaner look.
>mfw I had a nightmare last night where I went out for sambas and bought superstars by mistake
Still surprised GATs dont get more love here
>>9227557
here
http://www.ebay.com/itm/191451554323
>>9227763
they get plenty, haven't seen threads about them for a while though but I remember a lot of threads not to long ago dedicated to them
>>9227752
Bro those are the most comfy on the real.
Janowski maxes, and adidas sl sloops are pretty comfy as well and they have a cleaner look
Just dont get played out black rosches man. Being really fashionable starts with setting yourself apart from trends
Any suggestions for some nice clean, simple, and casual sneakers that aren't really offensive? You know, something you might wear on a casual date, but not tryhard like a pair of desert boots or something. Preferably not solid white, because I feel like white sneakers become the central attention spot of an outfit pretty easily.
I'd love CPs but I'm 2poor.
>>9224851
>sneaker
What are you, Solid Snake?
Left or right?
>>9227829
well, stan smiths are a pretty commons recommendation, but they're white. i'd say white is the most inoffensive colour for sneakers tho, grey ones are p hard to find usually and black just kinda melts to your pants if they're darker. dr martens monos are cool though
>>9227829
Stan smith are solid simple sneaker, despite being somewhat hyped atm. They come in different colors.
Also have you looked into getting something used? much better bang for you buck.
Which one to cop? Or recommendations of plain, lightweight NBs. Leaning towards 420s in top left, fuccboi facebook group recommended bottom left but imo they're too cluttered and too expensive. Also are the 373s much lighter and smaller than the 420s?
With these I'd wear dark grey tops, pale tees and jeans.
black people
>damn nigga what are those?
>them is beautiful mane
white people
>oh those are cute
>what the fuck are those?
>>9227842
I got the ones on the left, theyre way more accessible.
I just plain dont like the design of the other ones
>>9227898
998's easy
>>9227917
Would they work with minimal, pale fits? I'm having difficulty imagining them with plain basic clothes cause of all the detail on them
>>9227898
Go with the top left mate, they are the nicest of the four.
