Where can I cop some decent black jeans with an acceptable taper?

I'm wearing 510s right now (about two inches too long and I have them cuffed as a result) and they just really aren't a flattering shape in my opinion. The taper really isn't there in my opinion. I want something a little more "fitted" if that makes sense. I'd like to spend a little more and get a pair with a better cut followed by denim quality. Preferably, I'd like to keep this under 150, but it isn't really a requirement. Might try and grab some black SKs from RgT on Black Friday if they go on sale

How do you deal with jeans stretching out? How do I know what brands will and won't stretch? I feel like every time I buy jeans, they fit amazing on the first wear then 4-5 wears in, they've stretched out and feel loose or illfitting in the crotch. Also are there any brands that sell higher rise jeans? I don't know if that's the correct term for it. I want the crotch to be higher up. On my levis's 510s the crotch feels too low. so it bunches up when I walk. I don't have much of an ass so would buying a shorter length and just pulling them higher on my waist work? Any help would be really helpful.
