Honestly, the best advice I can give regarding shit like this is to go with whatever you like the most. Do you like the b/w version the most, but have seen all whites in "better fits"? Go with b/w.

If you ignore that lil voice telling you to go with what you feel yourself wanting to wear/look like, and instead go with what others tell you is "best", you will regret it. This is true (for me, at least) regardless of wether it's shoes, your hair, a jacket or anything you're conflicted about.

I, for example, love my cargobaskets - but I really wish I'd have gone with the all black ones. I didn't because I convinced myself that, hey, you can't wear ONLY black footwear.

Tl;dr: buy whatever you feel the most, fuck comparing fit pics, fuck "rules" saying you should do X and not Y.


(not to say you shouldn't do your research - these shoes ARE expensive as shit - but when you've given it a lot of thought, you will find one version you like more than the others. That's your grail, don't settle for other people's grails.

I wear a 42.5 EU in converse, 42.5 in Af1, 44 in freerun 2s, 42 in Dr. martens (made in england).

I wear 41.5 - 43 in Rick comfortably - 42 is my preferred size. 41.5 is what fits "properly" but I like my footwear a bit roomy. 43 is too big, but I've never had issues with feet sliding around in Rick.
