It's not so much there are websites for this, but some stores will have collabs from time to time.
Radio Eva has them all the time, Gucci had one with Jojo, and Seiko made Lupin and Jojo watches recently.
As for shoes, Converse, Adidas, and K-Swiss have had quite a few from manga to games.

Depends what you mean by quality. Are you asking if the designs are printed well or are they comfy? I know the Omocat stuff is printed on American Apparel clothes and looks decent. Pretty comfy from first hand experience. That being said, the answer is probably none of the above. These are printed graphic tees man, not exactly high fashion.

I'll tell you the quality of the tweed slip-ons when I visit the EVA store this weekend. Might get a pair myself. I own the Kawaru cardigan by the way. I did, but when the Aiko arc restarts back up in the ending chapters everything starts throwing me for a loop. He even comments at the end that he views Sachi as a "friend" and doesn't intend on treating her daughter as his own kid. Implying he doesn't feel any real romantic connection even though they had one in the past.
Aiko is shit tier anyway.

At the very end like the last chapter or two he mentions to his long lost friend that he is not married. And a few chapters before when he has the dream about Aiko he starts talking about his current life and starts talking about his "friend" being successful in manga.
While Sachi right before finding Punpun with his eye cut out says that she loves him.
I was more happy in the one Sachi arc than I ever was in any of the Aiko arcs in the beginning.
It shares a lot of unhappy traits with Nozoki Ana. However Oyasumi Punpun is better written.

Not sure how /fa/ related this is, but I have the Sharp SH-06D NERV phone. It's got a pretty nice UI and overall design, whilst being subtle enough to conceal my powerlevel. It was ridiculously expensive, though and if you actually care about tech specs, I'm sure there's better out there...

I agree with you in that the tumblr-anime-core aspect is disgusting. The easiest way to get around it or reservations thereof is that you just have to remember you are dressing for yourself, and not to attach yourself to something you don't really care about. If you walk around with a frame from webm related on some part of your clothing and _interact with other people without drawing attention to your clothes_ people will see you as confident and comfortable in expressing what you like without being as autistic as the sterotypical anime fan is, that is loud and unclean. You will still get funny looks as you pass people, but you can always just stare them down.

I should add I'm not actually this confident and probably couldn't do most of this, but it sounds good.
