To all my /fa/gs in Montreal
Are there any stores that sell BAPE? I'm planning to go to Mtl for a week and I need to know
Depends on your budget and style.
I'll list a few different shops and you can ask questions about them if you'd like.
Off the Hook
Simons (Downtown location much better than Laval)
Michel Brisson (Laurier street location is much better than Old Port)
Hey, wow, that's quite a list.
Thank you anon.
I wasn't expecting an answer so soon.
I'm saving these names as places to check out.
I don't really have time to stay and chat about them, though I'd like to.
Early classes tomorrow :(
Thanks so much, though!
No, I've lived here my whole life and love it like my own flesh and blood.
Just never really found a lot of the nicer places to shop.
I'll be checking these places out soon, though.
Weekend's coming up :D
Hopefully this thread survives the night and there are even more suggestions in the morning, but I doubt it.
Anyway, thanks for the recommendations!
I'm off to sleep.
Fucking OTH stopped replying to my e-mail about sending back a shirt for warranty because I'm not in MTL.
They have an online store too. Thought they were cool, guy in store knew a lot and was talking about brands but not cool OTH.
If I had a facebook I would post a picture to get their attention.
ibiki is pretty nice and not overpriced at all if you shop for men, I got some saturday nyc stuff for the same price as the go for on their website, but in cdn currency...
Mercantile is french expat mfa tier. It feels like every item they try to sell, they bought full price and then thought they could turn around and sell it with a 45% markup. If you like something you see there, just look for in on the web and order it directly.
might as well go to frank and oaks a couple of blocks east down the same street
Miss me with that bullshit bruh
I know their second floor
It's the "high-end" stuff where they got Comme des Garçons, Balmain, Marcelo Burlon, Neil Barrett etc.
That's where I bought my Converse x CDG high tops
Vanier right now, but probably switching to Dawson next semester
Friends and girlfriend(ish) are there, and it actually feels like a school should feel. Vanier's so stuck up. The majority, at least.
Pretty cool school. Most people are sociable and you can fit in really easily. Some people here are really /fa/ but most of the students wear pretty bland stuff.
Thinking about going to an English uni because I'll probably do better there.
what's everyone in this thread's opinion on Mackage jackets?
Studying Social Science myself, so I'm guessing that's similar.
I want out of it but I can see how it could be interesting.
Probably moving to Pure & Applied
